Last night I had the pleasure of returning to Piazza Litta after a long absence, and I was delighted to note that the quality, service, and hospitality are always top-notch. The best restaurant in Varese and the surrounding area, hands down! Keep up the good work!

Relaxing place in a historic setting. Right near Villa Panza and the Ponti Villas. Limited seating, so reservations are essential. Let's say a couple of weeks in advance to be sure. The menu features revisited Italian cuisine. A new restaurant will soon open a few meters across the street under the same management, but with a different mission, it seems. A wine bar with a kitchen. Lunch on Saturday in pleasant natural light. The food pairings were pleasing, and the service was helpful but discreet. The bread was also delicious, with a much-appreciated twist. One of those places worth preserving.

What a wonderful discovery! I fell in love with it! From the moment you enter, you can feel the welcoming atmosphere, with attention to every detail. The staff was incredibly kind, never intrusive but always present. We ate divinely: traditional dishes revisited with a touch of originality and the freshest ingredients. Excellent value. So it seems easy to give 5 stars to the food and 5 to the service, because I've always had great lunches and dinners here, and I've always been served as I should, whether I've been with a partner, family, or friends. But 5 stars for the ambiance aren't a given. It's not just the beautiful tablecloths, it's not just the cutlery with that knife whose shape I adore. It's not just the beautiful soft lighting that illuminates everything perfectly, the attention to detail, or the always impeccable bathroom. It's the entire restaurant. A place that has become a mirage. If you book for 8:00 PM, no one will ever rush you to leave. When booking, no one will dream of telling you that you must vacate your table by a certain time. At Osteria di Piazza Litta, you'll find guests worthy of the name. A place where you can eat is a convivial experience, which unfortunately is becoming increasingly rare. This is one of them.
