31/01/2025: Truly exclusive restaurant, a must try if you come to Gallarate. The menu is always varied and with different gems in each course. Excellent wine list and staff trained to provide the perfect pairing for what you order.
We have come several times and always felt at home, pampered by both the chef and the dining room staff.
I highly recommend you come and try it, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

13/03/2025: Pleasant surprise, I tried elephant ears with ham and burrata. Good! fried in the fryer for sure, but at least the oil wasn't exhausted yet. I also tasted the pizza and there too a great, well-leavened and balanced dough..

02/03/2025: Sunday lunch alone with my dog. Beautiful historic villa, entrance and rooms very well furnished, beautiful windows. Very warm welcome, very friendly, attentive and personable staff. Excellent game menu, generous portions and good house wine. Short waits despite the size of the room. Excellent price. I will definitely come back.

04/03/2025: Fantastic evening, we ate divinely, the service was top notch and unlike other starred restaurants where I have been, where perhaps certain roles are exaggerated with waiters who seemed to me to be playing a part, here I found sincerity in what they do, thank you for the wonderful experience.
25/01/2025: Thanks to the starred chefs: Silvio Salmoiraghi & Choi Cheolhyeok and to the super professional girl for this fantastic surprise tasting experience to give a special lunch to my grandparents where they serve delicious and picturesque dishes. A kitchen that is a work of art just like the name Acquerello...of the artists of taste! Thanks to the chefs for the photo we will be back again! 🙂🤩

03/03/2025: A must stop when you want an Argentinian steak! The empanadas and side dishes are highly recommended, while the meats are better than others. You can also choose a mixed grill so you can try more types.
The strong point is the desserts, amazing! The flan especially.
10/02/2025: Prenotato per pranzo senza conoscere il posto in quanto eravamo di passaggio. Carne di ottima qualità, ben cucinata con ottimo servizio. I ragazzi sono giovani e molto cordiali. Il vino rosso argentino che mi hanno consigliato era eccellente. La tartare, il Tbone…..carne davvero molto buona. Se devo trovare un difetto: Ii contorno di verdure miste grigliate e poi saltate erano un po’ insipide e dure. Per il resto, consiglio di andarci perché la carne è il top!

However, I would have liked to remove half a star because of the website, which looks dated and could be improved, confusing and with many bugs. I will definitely be back.
