18/05/2026: Sublime dishes! We tried both the risotto and the gnocchi, both delicious! Our favorites were the gnocchi with pears, Taleggio cheese, and speck. Highly recommended. Fast service, friendly waiters, and a lovely atmosphere. I recommend this to anyone who loves risotto. This is definitely a great place to eat it. Generous and satisfying portions. You can also order a trio or two of risotto or gnocchi. We didn't order it, but the platter, which we noticed at other tables, looked equally tempting. Affordable prices, definitely excellent value for money!

17/05/2026: Our visit to the Gnoccheria was a real highlight. The food was absolutely first-class – prepared with great care and incredibly delicious. The gnocchi, in particular, were a delight and showcased authentic Italian cuisine at its finest. The service also deserves high praise: very friendly and attentive staff and a warm atmosphere from the very first moment. The beautiful ambiance in the vaulted cellar made the evening even more special and ensured an authentic and cozy experience. We were also surprised by how fair the prices were: for five people, we paid only about €170 in total, including wine and some appetizers.

It's rare to find a restaurant with such an authentic soul. The frescoes are simply marvelous: refined details, colors that seem to defy time, and decorations that transform each room into a small museum. Dining beneath these ceilings is an almost surreal experience, as you feel immersed in the beauty of art and history, without ever losing the warmth of the welcome. 20/05/2026: I live nearby...the food is excellent...everything is good, including the pizza...the only one that doesn't make me drink continuously after eating it. The service is fast and the guys/girls are hospitable, competent, and very kind, just like the owners. I absolutely recommend it, and don't forget to book!

10/08/2026: We hadn't booked and the restaurant was full, but they found us a table (there were three of us). The calzone was huge and the pasta was excellent. Great atmosphere and the servers were fantastic. I highly recommend it.

12/08/2026: Five stars are not enough. This place is very nice, the ingredients are excellent and expertly prepared, and the food is amazing. We stumbled upon it by chance, but we'll definitely be back. The staff is friendly, never intrusive, and highly qualified. I'd add that, considering the excellent quality of the food we ate, the price is definitely in line with the expectations. Kudos to the entire staff. I highly recommend trying it.

07/06/2026: We stayed there for four days with our children. It was simply wonderful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. A great terrace overlooking the courtyard, and the kitchen had everything you could need for a short break. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Delicious breakfast. A short walk to the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the Osteria.

27/05/2026: Everything was excellent! The host family were all very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and spacious! Everything was like new and spotlessly clean! We felt right at home! We reached our apartment via an external staircase in the courtyard, and it even had its own private terrace. Everything was beautifully designed and furnished with love. Our apartment was number 2, and we had the entire upper floor to ourselves. It was wonderful. Unfortunately, we were only there for two nights. I would have loved to stay longer. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious, and the service was superb. Breakfast was also tasty. We were allowed to park our e-bikes in the hotel garage, which we really appreciated since our car was parked on the street. The public parking spaces around the hotel are free. There's also a hotel parking lot, but our car and e-bikes were too big for the entrance. It's a two-minute walk to the lake. Thank you so much for everything.

12/06/2026: Exceptionally good food and excellent wines. My particular recommendation is the Osso Buco with risotto. Very good service and a historic building with a wonderful ambiance. Pricey, but special.

08/08/2026: A place recommended by a friend, a wonderful discovery. The staff is attentive and kind. The atmosphere is quiet, and the outside is divine even in the height of summer. The food is excellent, cooked with quality ingredients, and the choice is wide. The restaurant is more meat-oriented than fish-oriented, although I still enjoyed an excellent Catalan-style lobster and tagliolini with lobster. Applause for Giovanni's Tartare, divinely prepared: tasty! I can say EXCELLENT! We've already been back and we'll be back!!

01/08/2026: After reading positive reviews, I invited a friend who doesn't live in the area to dinner. It was a huge disappointment. Upon entry, I was greeted with an unfortunate joke from a member of staff regarding the low neckline of my dress. The setting is very nice, both inside and out. It's a shame that neither area has air conditioning, and, as far as I could see compared to the outside area where we were seated, not even a fan. I booked online, and this wasn't specified. Therefore, the dinner was accompanied by extremely hot weather that was unbearable. The food was pleasant (the fish in the pasta was good but not excellent), but it lacked character, that something that distinguishes one chef's style from another. Finally, I went to pay the €83 bill at the cashier, and the aforementioned member of staff kindly gave me a €3 discount; however, I waited with no luck for what the consumer should receive. Mea culpa, I should have found the courage to ask, but I felt sufficiently uncomfortable. Personally, I will never go back to anyone who deliberately chooses not to fulfill their legal obligations to consumers, and I really don't feel comfortable recommending them to friends or acquaintances.
