In my opinion, the atmosphere is a bit disorganized; the beautiful cars on display are too reminiscent of a garage catering service, contrasting with the welcoming atmosphere of the works visible in the garden, including a sculpture by Mitoraj.
The young, highly trained waiters perhaps deserve slightly more formal attire; the white Snickers are more appropriate for a pizzeria.
The wine cellar is well-stocked, and the menu is truly interesting, though perhaps a bit limited.
I found the statement "to guarantee an experience... we recommend choosing at least two items from the à la carte menu" to be somewhat sarcastic for those who don't want to opt for one of the three tasting menus.

The service is one of its strong points: young, dynamic, well-orchestrated. Always present, natural, without ever being intrusive. The atmosphere is contemporary, relaxed, but with a clear attention to detail.
The kitchen works with a well-structured gourmet foundation: meticulous preparation, well-chosen pairings, and raw materials that make themselves felt. The dishes are thoughtful, but above all, they are good
— in the most direct and satisfying sense of the word.
The real surprise? The portions. Here, there's no play for minimalism: the portions are generous, almost "enjoyable," without sacrificing balance and precision. You leave satisfied, not just impressed.

For the first time at this restaurant, we chose the 8-course Olio tasting menu. The dishes are certainly good and sophisticated, with unique ingredients and combinations. However, we expected more seafood (the first seafood dish we were offered—cold spaghetti with oysters, anchovy sauce, chocolate, and black cherry—was too sweet and poorly balanced).
The service is young and friendly, but it's not up to the standards of a Michelin-starred restaurant. When we first poured the wine, we noticed an insect in one of the glasses. This can happen, but the waiter simply took away the glass full of wine as it was poured, without offering to exchange the entire bottle (which we had paid for in full).
Overall, we weren't entirely impressed with the experience.

A business lunch in a pleasant and discreet setting. The dishes were interesting, but the service was subpar.
The waiters were poorly trained, and the wrinkled polo shirts didn't make a good impression. Overall, it's worth a stop; we'll be back.
