08/05/2026: Congratulations on the restaurant's renovation; you can see the leap in quality and it's truly improved. The food remains a sure thing: delicious as always, a 10/10. I've noticed a change in the service. There's a lack of that person in the dining room who knows how to engage and make a difference. When the food is at its peak, the service must also be up to par. For now, we're not at the same level, and you can tell; a prominent figure can't be faked; the customer senses the experience. Overall, it's still an excellent place, but with more attentive service, it would become unbeatable. I'll gladly return, hoping for improvement.

06/05/2026: One of the best places for Valtellina cuisine, without a doubt. Pizzoccheri, sciatt, bresaola: when they're on form, they're 5-star. Lately, however, I've found the place a bit sloppy and the service subpar compared to usual. The food remains excellent, but the overall experience isn't what it once was. I remember a while ago when the staff was different, more professional and more presentable to guests. I hope it's just a down period, because the potential is huge. I'll be back to check it out. 3/5_

17/03/2026: A very pretty restaurant, rustic and with a very unique architecture. The service was excellent and the food was very well-prepared. There were four of us dining and we had no problems at all. Highly recommended! 🙏🏻 The only flaw, if you can call it that, is that some dishes require a minimum order of two people, so you have to agree on the order. I can understand the risottos, but perhaps I'd tweak the pizzoccheri a bit and offer the option of ordering individual portions.

21/02/2026: We had lunch at this trattoria, and as for the food, there's nothing to complain about: it was truly delicious. Unfortunately, however, the service leaves much to be desired, almost terrible. From the moment we sat down, we waited a good 25 minutes just for water. Furthermore, the attitude of the waitress (a curly redhead) was completely unprofessional: she seemed annoyed and unwilling to interact with customers. A smile and a modicum of friendliness really make a difference in the restaurant industry. It's a shame, because the quality of the dishes deserves much better.

04/05/2026: Nice place, but the food isn't to my liking. Very ordinary, drowned in butter, and bears little resemblance to a mountain dish. The staff is attentive and very fast. The location is very well-kept.

03/05/2026: Fantastic dinner! The prices are moderately high, and the staff is friendly. I was shocked by the attitude of one waitress because she had to set up a table for two other people who needed to be seated. Unacceptable.

22/04/2026: Pizzoccheri are a simple dish, but at this restaurant the flavors are enhanced and fully express the flavors of Valtellina. The main courses are excellent, and I recommend the venison or donkey stew. Tersillio and his wife will welcome you with warmth and professionalism.

14/05/2026: We sauntered into this casual little place just as they were closing up. Without any complaint they cheerfully took our order (a Carlos pizza), opened the beer we chose from the fridge (Birra Moretti) and baked our dinner lickety-split. The pizza was thin crust, hot and crispy. Washed down with a beer, it fit the bill. The simple place was empty, but clean. Excellent overall. Recommended.

04/03/2026: Dinner for two couples The sciatt was below average and overly flavored by the salad underneath, dressed with balsamic vinegar. The pizzoccheri (for just two) was good, although the cabbage wasn't evenly distributed: one with all the white part, the other with all the green part. The meat was very good. So, the food was more than positive. I disagree, however, with the decision not to bring bread until the first course, justified by saying, "If we bring bread, the customer will fill up on it and then not enjoy the food." Just explain this to the customer, and then it's their choice! The wait is long (at least 40 minutes), even though it was stated from the beginning. I would suggest cushions on the wooden chairs, since you'll be sitting there for almost two hours. The atmosphere is moderately noisy; obviously, it depends on the other guests, but the reverberation is noticeable. The menu on the website, consulted at the table, wasn't the one actually offered. So the customer might be convinced they'd like to try certain dishes, which then turn out to be unavailable. Hence the overall rating of 4 stars. The price is a separate issue: 3 sciatt, 2 pizzoccheri, 4 meat-based main courses, 3 bottles of water (microfiltered), 2 glasses of wine: €225. Everyone will judge according to their own standards; too high in my opinion.

12/04/2026: We stayed 2 days, the room was excellent, the only negative notes were the pillows were too soft and the green light from the emergency lamp above the door that hits your eyes while you're trying to fall asleep and lights up the whole room. The breakfast with the do-it-yourself machine is a bit too free, yet having a bar downstairs I don't understand why they don't make a good cappuccino, the drinks are sugared water, packaged brioches and little selection at the buffet.
