This short detour is rewarded with relative peace and an unbeatable view of the famous serpentine road on the northern side. Practically the perfect spot for a break before heading down into the valley.

What really surprised us: You can choose a bottle (or more) of wine in the wine bar, and for an extra €10, it will be served chilled (white wine) or at room temperature (red wine) in the restaurant. This wonderful restaurant isn't so suitable for beer lovers, but it's a must for wine lovers. A fantastic meal at a fair price. Wine by the glass isn't available, except for the sparkling wine. But that's not a problem, as you're welcome to take any unfinished wine home with you. The service was excellent. The owners are present and attentive. We will definitely be back.

The property is stunning, well-maintained, and very welcoming, and the room was simply beautiful: spacious, clean, and very comfortable. A great strength is definitely the staff, always welcoming, friendly, and helpful, who made us feel at ease right away. If I had to find a small flaw, the dinner service was a bit slow, but nothing that detracted from the overall experience. Overall, everything was perfect: I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Bormio.

The menu is strongly rooted in tradition, with interesting reinterpretations that showcase local flavors without distorting them. The kitchen's entrée was a delight: a delicate and delicious cream of vegetable soup. For our appetizer, we chose venison bresaola with ricotta and walnuts, a balanced and truly excellent combination. Next, a magnificent loin of venison with wild blueberries and polenta: simply spectacular. The slow-cooked rack of lamb over vegetable spaghetti was also excellent, prepared with great care and precision. Generous portions, impeccable cooking, and top-quality ingredients complete a first-class gastronomic experience. A highly recommended stop for those who love good food. Congratulations to the entire staff!

The table was beautifully set, and the attention to detail was evident. The entire staff deserves praise-they were all professional and welcoming, and our waiters were incredibly attentive without being intrusive.
