The staff immediately made sure we felt at home, quickly setting up a table for us and offering us a glass of prosecco while we waited. Excellent food, fair prices, interesting off-menu items, and courteous and attentive waiters. If I were to pass through Sondrio again, I would definitely return.

30/08/2025: We visited this chalet for lunch in August. We easily found free parking at Bormio 2000 and walked up very slowly, taking about 45 minutes. There are numerous signs pointing the way to the chalet. Once we arrived, the view was spectacular. We ordered two Valtellina trios and a salad. The food was high-quality and the portions were generous. The restaurant is very spacious and has both indoor and outdoor seating. The prices are truly excellent for the quality and quantity offered. The staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. Internet service is good. They have a POS terminal, but there may be times when the signal isn't very good.

27/08/2025: A magnificent chalet restaurant at 2,200 meters above sea level. You can get there by following the road that leads to Bormio 2000. The last 200 meters are on dirt terrain. Alternatively, you can take the cable car, which is currently closed for construction. Stunning location with a breathtaking view. We went for lunch and had a wonderful time. Delicious first courses, and the house specialty, apple fritters with cream, is spectacular! The atmosphere is lovely, very bright, with windows overlooking the mountains. Plenty of tables, including outdoor seating. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

If I ordered the Adriatic Coast pizza and instead of tuna (which costs more) I wanted spicy salami, and it costs €8.50, why did you charge me €9??? And two out of one, she asks for packaging because she doesn't want to throw away the food, you also charge me for the cardboard? So be a little transparent and tell her that I would have thrown it away, so based on your reasoning about takeout, you're charging an extra €1? And besides, I don't think I have to tell her where I'm spending my vacation. I certainly won't come to you again to get ripped off, you sly bastards! 24/08/2025: An alternative option for a delicious, authentic meal in Tirano. Plus, it's very reasonably priced, which is a plus given the area. Not far from the center, with both indoor and outdoor seating, generous portions, and a wide selection of perfectly prepared Apulian specialties. The atmosphere is casual and simple, and the owners are always friendly. Definitely worth a try!

09/09/2025: The pizza was too full of mozzarella, too stringy and watery (it wasn't buffalo mozzarella), but I recommend the sciatt. Great place for a post-meal workout (the bathroom is in the basement) 😅
