11/06/2026: Hi, my wife and I had dinner at the Maloia restaurant. We had seafood salad, asparagus risotto, tuna steak, and grilled vegetables. Everything was divine. We'll definitely be back.

03/06/2026: We went for lunch today, and despite it being a busy Sunday, the service was attentive and fast. Excellent value for money; you can taste the quality, and after eating two appetizers, one first course, one second course, and one dessert, we left feeling full but not weighed down. Each course was accompanied by an excellent selection of super-local, top-quality wines. Two positive points: tasty and well-prepared lake fish, perfectly cooked rice. Sciatt: finally, after trying several places, we found the real Sciatt! The service was much appreciated; we found Mara to be extremely professional, Andrea provided comprehensive explanations, and unfortunately, we don't remember the names of the guy and the other girl with glasses, but they were also very kind and attentive; we felt very welcome. Thank you, and see you next time ☺️ Update: We had such a great time that we ended up planning our wedding there too! Tamara and Andrea are very attentive to their guests' wishes, all the staff was kind and patient, there were 60 of us and most of us (including the newlyweds) were a bit noisy, thank you so much!

15/03/2026: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! They took us to the chalet on snowmobiles and, from that moment on, they truly made us feel like family. The owners and all the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to chat or offer excellent advice. The cuisine is impeccable: authentic flavors, simple yet truly delicious, just like the dishes you'd expect from grandma's kitchen. The wine pairings, thanks in part to Nicola's invaluable advice, were perfect. A wonderful experience that I absolutely recommend!

10/05/2026: A wonderful place! We had a wonderful dinner, the service was excellent, and the staff was attentive to everything. Inside, the place exudes tranquility and warmth. 🤗 We'll be booking the Day Spa soon! You can see the animals, sunbathe, and purchase their own traditional products. I RECOMMEND it to everyone, including children!

17/03/2026: I stayed in Bormio for two days and can say it was a truly wonderful experience. The property is stunning, well-maintained, and very welcoming, and the room was simply beautiful: spacious, clean, and very comfortable. A great strength is definitely the staff, always welcoming, friendly, and helpful, who made us feel at ease right away. If I had to find a small flaw, the dinner service was a bit slow, but nothing that detracted from the overall experience. Overall, everything was perfect: I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Bormio.

08/03/2026: A beautiful, peaceful place with a wonderful garden where you can enjoy many delicacies, prepared by me and chef Mario Leoni. Carloforte, the staff is kind and helpful, always ready to satisfy customer requests with a smile and the dedication of those who love their work.

We also truly appreciated the quality and authenticity of the local products, all fresh and rich in flavor. ​A highly recommended place for those seeking authentic local cuisine and a welcoming atmosphere.
