25/09/2025: Super pizza, excellent first and second courses, very honest prices

19/08/2025: Nice place, friendly staff. We had half a liter of wine, shared an appetizer, two first courses, two desserts, and two coffees for €30 each. The pizzoccheri were very good and lighter than other versions in the area.

18/10/2025: I took the tasting menu which clearly includes pizzoccheri, a taste of bresaola and local cheeses, dessert and coffee, I have to say everything was delicious.

03/10/2025: Excellent location and food, characteristic of the area, prepared for gluten-free, just let us know the day before and you can enjoy pizzoccheri and shat obviously gluten-free.

27/09/2025: A lovely restaurant at 2,000 meters above sea level. We stopped by chance on our way back from Switzerland for gelato, but we loved the atmosphere and returned for dinner two more times. The pizzas are delicious and the cuisine is very well prepared.

17/09/2025: After a trip to the village of Corenno Plinio, looking for lunch away from the hustle and bustle (and overtourism) of the lake, we found this place on a pretty street in the historic center of Morbegno. It was a very satisfying lunch! We'll definitely be back.

02/09/2025: We had lunch with friends in this small trattoria in the village. Mixed appetizer of cold cuts/cheeses/sciatt, first course, water, 0.56 liter house wine, 1 dessert, 1 coffee, 1 genepy. For this menu we spent €44 per person.

29/09/2025: We went to the Vecchia Carbonera for two evenings, a group of 14. I booked and agreed on a menu with Mr. Franco, an excellent person and a true restaurant professional. On Friday evening, two people were quite late, but he prepared the requested dishes on the spot, demonstrating his helpfulness and courtesy towards the customer. A gesture greatly appreciated. The recommended menu was excellent, featuring local dishes from pizzoccheri and sciat to tortelli with bitto cheese and bresaola. The grilled meat on a stick was a fabulous dish.

20/09/2025: We arrived in the evening and ordered quite a few dishes. Apart from spaghetti with mushrooms which was cute, the service was very poor and the food was very mediocre. Beyond that, there was a depressing atmosphere in the place so keep that in mind.

05/10/2025: We went to Pizzeria Al Vicolo and had an excellent experience! The dishes are truly delicious, prepared with great care. Special thanks to the staff, all incredibly kind and helpful. The pizza is simply phenomenal, without a doubt one of the best in the area. Highly recommended!

13/09/2025: Good evening, we have often dined at this place in peace, but unfortunately this time there was a wedding in progress when we arrived. If I had been warned, I would have postponed it until another Saturday. Highly improper behavior. I think we and all our friends will no longer be customers. It is not possible to minimize an event like this because the music, and what follows, could be heard all the way into the parking lot, like a nightclub.

15/08/2025: Had lunch today on August 15th in a very nice and typical setting, the dishes were very good with genuine and local products also considering the presence of a shop inside the farmhouse, the price was really honest what can I say excellent farmhouse

12/10/2025: Recommended by many friends, I wanted to try it... and I must say it deserves every high rating, from the attention to detail in the decor to the table service, from the elegance of the plating to the flavors of the innovative cuisine. An experience I'll definitely repeat.
