26/03/2024: Trattoria discovered by chance... perhaps reservations are recommended because we managed to find a table for two people but it was actually completely full. We opted for 2 menus which include different courses, in order to have a taste of the typical dishes. The dishes are plentiful, the service is fast, the staff is friendly and has an excellent quality/price ratio. I will definitely come back.

The Steak House Braulio

20/03/2024: Modern 80s environment without tablecloths. Waiters a little wiped out. Good food
17/03/2024: We were there at lunchtime to try a Braulio. A very delicious herbal liqueur. When we looked at the menu we saw that a cheese fondue was also offered. We made reservations for the same evening, got the table we wanted and had a perfect evening, with great service, the cheese fondue was prepared, there were delicious side dishes! A perfect evening, that's how we experienced Bormio every day of our vacation!
