04/01/2026: Exceptional place, top-quality food, and excellent value. Easy to reach on foot if you live in town. Highly recommended for celiacs, given their extensive gluten-free selection and their extensive gluten-free menu, except for desserts. The staff is truly friendly; the older head waiter, once you get to know her, truly becomes the soul of the place. Don't be fooled by her jokes or wit; she's a truly wonderful lady.

01/01/2026: A quaint place, the food is tasty but nothing memorable. There's no written menu, so prices aren't known. The welcome is lacking from the moment you walk in. The service is basic, courtesy of the young waiters; however, the lady who served us was rather rude, too much so.

31/01/2026: We only had dinner, so I can't say anything else about the rooms. Anyway, it was a fantastic experience. I've been wanting to go snowcat skiing at night for a long time, and especially to give my parents the first experience. And what can I say: it exceeded our expectations! Regarding the food: everything we ordered was delicious (cold cuts, pizzoccheri, polenta, cheese, sausage, braised meat, dessert). Excellent service! If you're in Bormio, you absolutely must go! A traditional restaurant, at 2,300 meters, accessible only by skis or snowcat. An unforgettable experience!!! 😍

19/01/2026: We tried this chalet for lunch during a day of skiing. The place is easy to get to, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is plentiful. Their apple fritters are a must-try.

05/02/2026: Let's start with the positives: The ambiance is wonderful, the wine very carefully selected and perfectly paired with the food. Ultimately, however, we felt the value for money wasn't quite right. Unfortunately, the mussels weren't entirely fresh during our visit, and some of the dishes seemed rather bland and unimaginative. The portions aren't really designed for a large appetite. While the food is beautifully presented, overall I'd say it's more style than substance. Nevertheless, it was a lovely evening – with room for improvement.

31/12/2025: While waiting for it to reopen, you can enjoy lovely walks and bike rides. There's a camper parking area and a children's play area. The view from the lakeshore is beautiful.

08/11/2025: They're slowly renovating the area. There's a beautiful view of Lake Mezzola, a playground, and a camper area. Restrooms that were always open would be appreciated.

06/01/2026: This place was recommended, but now that I've tried it, I think I can't live without it. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent value for money, and on warmer days, you can sit outside. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it. 2026 EVEN BETTER THAN 2025, one of the few places that focuses on quality without being robbed. 17/01/2026: We had lunch at the agriturismo, the food was excellent and reasonably priced. The meat and cheeses were locally sourced, served impeccably. The desserts prepared by the pastry chef were also delicious. I recommend them for a lunch featuring typical Valtellina flavors. The location is very elegant and the service is attentive, with a very friendly and welcoming waiter.

01/03/2026: Today we had lunch at this restaurant, which has been in Sondrio for many years. We had a delicious appetizer of sciatt and taroz, and then opted for some seafood dishes with a Greco di Tufo. The dining room was beautifully decorated and quiet, and the waiter's service was truly excellent. Overall, the restaurant could benefit from some renovations. But it's an excellent choice where we always enjoy ourselves. The prices are fair.

07/03/2026: Unfortunately, it was a very negative experience. The place presents several problems at first glance: dirty tables and a general sense of disorganization that makes the service unpleasant from the start. The atmosphere doesn't help you feel comfortable, and the service is sloppy. The most disappointing part, however, was undoubtedly the food. The pizzoccheri were truly awful: completely sticky and far removed from the ingredients and preparation of the traditional recipe. The pasta with ragù was also disappointing, heavy, and lacking in flavor balance. Making the experience even more unpleasant were some comments from the waiter and/or owner, who indulged in tasteless jokes boasting about his support for fascism. This was decidedly inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. Overall, an experience I cannot recommend.

07/12/2025: Lunch in line with expectations, warm, intimate location, typical Valtellina food, all decent, reasonable prices, correct service, the only flaw being the pizzoccheri, a bit flat in flavour... and lacking cabbage (perhaps some fragments present), since it is my favourite dish eaten in several places I have a certain yardstick, moreover my partner, being from Valtellina, often prepares them for me

05/03/2026: The dishes were good, the atmosphere was nice, and the staff was friendly. It just seems a bit excessive to charge €28 for a plate of pizzoccheri in a small-town trattoria.

02/03/2026: It could have been at least a 4-star review: good food, helpful staff, clean place...standard trattoria decor, no special features, extensive menu, but the sciatti were small and not very crispy...and above all, it was a shame about the €56 for two plates of pizzoccheri (€28 per plate, minimum order of two). For that price, you'd expect the best pizzoccheri ever, generous portions, and second helpings...but instead, we left with a bitter taste in our mouths, from someone who unnecessarily profits from the "gold of Valtellina."
