Food experience and carlo was amazing

Three stars only because the food was okay. ⚠️ But beware of inflated/exorbitant prices! In our case, when paying by card, we were drawn into a conversation (about being wary of thieves) and charged double or more. So ask about prices beforehand!

I really enjoyed the coffee and little Italian treat while waiting for the serravalle outlet bus.

Delicious coffee and wonderful atmosphere. I really enjoyed the service and would go back a thousand times.

The food and drinks are quite tasty, the service is a bit "strange" but OK! But the prices are a bit high, beer, water, and wine are 1.2-2.5 euros more expensive than in other cafes. Otherwise, everything is fine, friendly people, clean toilet ;)))

Overpriced and mediocre service, but the coffee was GOOD. None of the servers were welcoming or smiling: it was as if having customers was a hassle... There's no prices displayed, so we had to ask how much were their desserts in the display. To this the server seemed to make up prices as he went! He told us the "cannoncini" were €2 each, and so were the little biscottini! Outrageous prices - so we just enjoyed our coffees standing up ("al banco"). I also used their toilet, which is located upstairs, and found it clean. However there was no toilet paper provided - so I had to use a paper towel. Whatever... If they don't want their toilets to get clogged, they should provide proper toilet paper! With the prices they charge, I'm sure they can afford toilet paper for their customers. This was around 4:15pm on a Thursday. Not recommended!
