18/07/2025: El servicio era horrible y la comida era mala el precio de la comida es muy alto por la mala calidad la oferta Le pedí que cambiara la ensalada por papas fritas y el camarero se olvidó y fue grosero cuando dije que le pedí y él simplemente irrumpió con el plato Me parece muy grosero cuando pagas 30 +€ por carne de res o salmón que saben muy mal btw que el servicio al menos compensaría Le pedí que trajera un poco de papas fritas, en lugar de eso tomaron el plato, lo que significa que la comida se enfriaría solo para agregar unas papas fritas. Tardé siglos en traer la comida para mi hija Le pedí un filete medio cocido y me lo trajeron bien hecho más... No hay salsa con nada, así que solo añadimos un poco de aceite de oliva al gusto, ya que era muy malo comer

16/04/2025: Non capisco perché ci debba essere quasi sempre la seguente proporzione: zona turistica =trappola per Turisti. Ho ordinato una Caesar salad così composta: insalata verde, 3 e dico 3 pezzettini di tacchino (?), 4 acciughe e salsa, uno spritz pessimo, 30 euro. Passi il conto… Ma il cibo è scandaloso

13/06/2025: I went into the Capitani bar, my friend asked for two drinks to go. I didn't speak but they asked me for my ID anyway, so they denied me a drink that I hadn't directly asked for, proceeding to moralize about the fact that I should always carry my ID around. Despite the inappropriate comments about my supposed age, (after saying that I was 20 years old he started laughing and joking with his friends in the bar). despite this the bartender ignored me several times, preferring chatting with friends to service and communication with the customer, immediately jumping to hasty conclusions without leaving room for my words, I think that the customer experience is important and in this case I felt ignored and even a little mocked. I understand the reason for the request for the document to prove the majority but I think that the way in which it was done was inappropriate, not to mention that in the end I left the place with the drink in my hand, thus not understanding the reason for such strictness if in the end you gave a drink to a person without having asked for the document, terrible relationship with the customer with an atmosphere of annoying and presumptuous superiority, I don't think I'll go back there again.

18/08/2025: The staff are unprofessional and extremely rude. They shout at each other behind the counter and bother each other. In particular, one of the counter workers started yelling at a foreign family because they didn't understand or speak Italian. Obviously, none of the three counter workers can speak a word of English. A truly miserable performance. Unworthy of Linate Airport and the city of Milan. 26/08/2025: This bar is located in the center of Milan's Central Station. It's very crowded, very expensive, and the staff is rude. There's limited seating outside. It has a wide selection of food, but you can't eat anything in peace.

13/07/2025: The cashier was rather impatient and unhelpful; I apologize given his young age and the constant line of customers. The coffee was nothing special; perhaps a few more drops wouldn't have hurt. The filled croissant cost €2.20. Unfortunately, I only noticed another café at the Central Station later with croissants for €1.90.

And they are really silly, no offense.. also because 🤣😂😂😂 the place is closing and so they don't care anymore And unfortunately it will close this end of the year .. So avoid making reviews ahahahha... I do it because this place is not only beautiful but I'm sorry that the few remaining Milanese and historic places will close But here 🤣😂😂🤣 it makes me die .. I think that a place that is forced to close because they don't renew the rental contract could unfortunately be less charismatic. Anyway, first of all in life: information. 01/01/2025: I bought 2 bottles of wine and liquor for €50 thought it's nice to support small local shop but obviously I got scammed since the real price is only €20 or even less when I check it online. I wish I read the reviews before I got in. Lesson learned and I hope my review will help other people to not fall for this tourist rip-off scammer shop anymore.

15/08/2025: The girl who works there is really rude. We won't go there again.

30/06/2025: I put one star only because the ice cream was good anyway. But a shame. The brioche was completely empty. Two precise scoops and the brioche looked like a Mulino Bianco croissant. €4 wasted, or rather €8 because we took two. Then the ice cream was taken, not with the spatula (which was there for every flavor anyway), but with the ice cream scoop contaminating any flavor. Never again.

27/07/2025: Two coffees at the counter, a mediocre mini biscuit, and a drop of water requested with the coffee: €5 (€1.50 for a coffee, €1 for a mediocre biscuit, €1 for a small glass of water). The worst bar experience in Milan. But I see now that my review will be consistent with the others already here.

19/04/2025: Alimentos deficientes sobrevalorados en el microondas La comida apenas estaba caliente, cocinada por lotes, insípida y con sobreprecio INODOROS - ningún inodoro para damas que no sea un agujero unisex en el piso (sin inodoro) asqueroso ni siquiera cubre este lugar

13/07/2025: Ordered delivery, terrible quality (the tuna was an unpleasant dark color) full of an unidentified spicy sauce (spicy tuna is not made like this!) since it is not all you can eat I did not expect such an experience.

30/07/2025: Coffee costs €1.50, macchiato €2.00. That seems like an exaggeration to me. The owner greets customers with incredibly coldness. Then there was the whole issue of using the bathroom, but I'd rather not go into the details of the humiliation and arrogance I suffered for your sake! Avoid like the plague!

15/07/2025: I don't usually give one star, partly to avoid overly damaging the reputation of businesses, but in this case it's necessary. I'm attaching this morning's receipt. €5 for a cappuccino and a croissant (frozen, which is fine, of course, but definitely not from a bakery). I've never seen anything like it in 25 years in Milan. As for the lady at the counter, she seemed kind; I disagree with the other reviews about her rude attitude.

24/02/2025: Deserved closure. In the past, Milan was excellent for restaurants, hotels and entertainment venues, but today it is in a terrible condition. Extremely poor quality and professionalism, courtesy and latent empathy, sanitary conditions a very distant memory. The urban police with nas and financial police should crack down.
