28/08/2025: Paid for extra bacon, didn't get any :( They were closing and quite annoyed. Might be on purpose.

23/08/2025: Every now and then on Tuesdays I get a special offer of 20 chicken wings for 10 euros, and I get them home. One time, 4 pieces were missing. Then again, 3 pieces were missing. The last time, before leaving the filthy place, I counted the 2 buckets I had with me. Two pieces were missing again! But it's not possible that I have to count every time...!!!

30/05/2025: Terrible, dirty environment, rude, lazy, annoyed saleswoman, barely speaks, raw rice, missing ingredients, very small portion, bowl covered in soy, inedible! In the hot and smelly shop, I had to take away because you couldn't stay inside... nothing to do with the shop in Piazza 25 Aprile, where everything works!

21/01/2025: I had been there years ago and it wasn't bad, then it got worse and I never went again. Today I was passing by and I had a Poke, result: I'm at home throwing up salmon with food poisoning. Avoid people

24/05/2025: Sono tornato oggi, assieme a mia moglie, a rivisitare (e a farci degli acquisti) questo grande spazio vendita di dolciumi, cioccolato, cioccolatini, caramelle, biscotti, salatini, pasticcini, brioches, merendine... L'assortimento è veramente grande e ed paragonabile (anche come prezzi) ad un outlet, con la differenza che vi si trovano prodotti di molte marche diverse. Faccio notare che, già da diversi anni, non si trova più all'indirizzo tuttora indicato erroneamente su TA (ovvero piazza Duomo 18 angolo via Cardinale Martini) ma si è spostato dal lato opposto della piazza all'angolo con le vie Torino e Mazzini. Sarebbe il caso di correggere, finalmente, questo errore che persiste nonostante le numerosi segnalazioni in merito.

14/04/2025: In questo punto vendita c'è sempre una gran confusione... ampio assortimento di leccornie di ogni genere...però accidenti i prezzi sono lievitati!!!!

22/06/2025: Al modico prezzo di 18 euro a testa acqua minerale, un cocktail (perché la birra era finita) qualche affettato con formaggi e poco altro!!! Caffè e dolce a parte (altri 4 + 8 euro a testa) E il bello che in proporzione costava meno un menù completo ( 40.euro)

14/06/2025: Prima volta che mi capita un pranzo in agriturismo a menù fisso (40€ adulti, 16€ bambini) con tutte le bevande escluse. Veramente improponibile non includere neanche l acqua. Risultato: piatti davvero niente di che, antipasti standard, primi risotto ok, altro piatto completamente senza sale, roastbeef secco e asciutto. Dolce così così. Bella la location ma per prezzi e cibo non lo consiglierei.

30/08/2025: Very punctual. The pizza arrived hot and the fries were excellent. I was expecting a Neapolitan dough, but the quality was good and cooked just right. Must try!

26/08/2025: If I could, I'd give it one star. The pizza was raw on the bottom, the sauce was sour, and the mozzarella was sticky. I ordered through Just Eat. The fries that arrived were hard and probably from a few days ago. If I could, I'd give it one star... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

24/08/2025: Company error... today, August 24th, only 2 people are left, one of whom understands little Italian. I asked for a large detox and two coffees, I see a large gingseng coffee arrive, after 5 minutes 2 coffees..... the detox, I had to ask for it.... another 10 minutes... I still ordered the gingseng, even though I wasn't interested, but.... closed for ever.

28/08/2025: If you like heated fast food that arrives cold, plastic tasted fish, barely-seen real meat, or whatever come with pitiful portions in disposable tableware after half-hour waiting in a noisy environment. Apparently, due to its price and quality, there is no need to restrict sales based on student status.

07/04/2025: Basic food. No halal, also not very vegetarian friendly (except for soups that they SOMETIMES have). They serve more carbohydrates than protein. That feels very cheap. They waste a lot of plastic with their plastic plates and cutlery. Nonetheless, perfect for.a quick meal when you don't have anything else to eat — thats right, this place must be the last option.

24/01/2025: Misero, bassa qualità, tramezzini a 4 € con avocado scuro e salmone messo ben bene solo davanti. Ambiente molto triste e poco pulito, ti portano il piattino al tavolo senza nemmeno una tovaglietta di carta e ti fanno pagare 2€ di coperto. Mai più

23/07/2025: Like many reviews on here, we got took by the offers at the table. It is a tourist trap and like others on here took the L offered. But our coke was like 4 cokes normally at $3.50€ each so the $17€ is ok if you can drink 4 cokes…lol. Food was very good (2/3 as mine was ok) but also bit on the add ons offered, another $32€ which isn’t really worth it. And the location was great on the patio looking at a 600 year old castle. If you stay at a regular drink and don’t add garlic toast and cheese the price is the same. Be aware of the upgrades they offer and lunch will be a normal price and of good quality.

23/07/2025: Another sad case of getting fooled for not reading the reviews first. A smooth talking waiter lured us to sit at one of the caffe tables. My wife said she wanted an ice cream. He directed her to a window where the ice creams - and the prices - were displayed. She ordered a pistachio ice cream listed at 8 Euro. ( a bit expensive, we thought , but we wanted to treat her) When the bill came, we were charged … 17 Euros. We asked the waiter and he said that 8 euros was the price if we had ordered at the window. As we ordered from him there was another price in another book ( that he told us we should have asked for ???) We travelled to Bolzano and to Merano and never had any such cheap trick pulled on us in any restaurant. For a few extra Euros, do the Dante cafe realize they give a bad name to an entire industry in a certain country ? And the worst of it, they carry the name of the greatest Italian poet. They should change their name to cafe Zanni in order to match their practices.

18/08/2025: Awful food and presentation. Ordered an omelette & a chicken and fries. Omelette turned up (literally) on its own, abandoned in the centre of a huge plate with no side garnish, salad or even a single tomato. Chicken was overcooked and again served with a small portion of fries and no extras. I laughed out loud at the plates and wish I’d taken a photo to upload. It is a shame as the location is great. It’s also a bit dodgy that they’re using the name and logo of a charity on their banking/payment systems.

13/08/2025: Average food for an exorbitant price. Servers are not professional. The caprese is overpriced for 125g of tasteless wine. A disgrace. 9€ for a non-alcoholic beer. Robbery!

25/08/2025: I ordered takeout, paying several extras to enrich the filling: the result was disappointing, with the piadinas being under-seasoned. Furthermore, the squaqquerone was either poor quality or not squaqquerone at all, but Certosa. The piadinas were semi-cold, soft (not crispy), as if they had only been on the grill for a few seconds. The prosciutto was good quality.

14/08/2025: Unfortunately, this is a negative review. The piadina had an unappealing smell and was almost empty inside. The ingredients seemed randomly placed, with no care taken in their preparation. Given the price, I'd at least expect more attention to quality.

07/09/2025: This is the worst pizza I have ever had. No joke. The pizza felt a lot like it was frozen before. Like the type of pizza you buy for 3€ in the supermarket, only that here it cost 15€ (margherita). Total scam. Avoid this place 👍

09/09/2025: Very convenient, helpful staff, good food. The brand stands out. The location offers plenty of space and amenities.

08/09/2025: If you have to go to McDonald's, go to another McDonald's. The staff is rude, unfriendly, and ill-mannered. Terrible food, buns all messed up and crooked, meat practically raw, and fries that are always cold and unsalted. Not to mention the drinks, which are more like water than Coke. 🤣🤦
