09/06/2025: I came to Terrazza Yomo 21 in Milan expecting to enjoy a nice moment. The only good thing about this place is the location and the view — which has nothing to do with their service or quality. I ordered a lemonade and a focaccia, and ended up with a ridiculous bill of €40, including hidden “power charges” that were never communicated beforehand. The service? Absolutely awful. The waiters were rude and unhelpful. I have dietary restrictions and cannot eat pork. I accidentally ordered a focaccia with pork because I didn’t notice it in the description. I kindly asked to change the order without even touching the plate, and they flat-out refused, with zero empathy or professionalism. This completely ruined my mood. I paid €40 for a mediocre lemonade and a plate I couldn’t even eat. I’ve never experienced such poor treatment. If you’re looking for good food, respectful staff, or any form of decent service — do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

04/06/2025: ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. CAME TO MILAN VERU EXCITED FOR THIS BAR. WE WERE DENIED ENTRY DESITE BEING 19 YEARS OLD. WE WERE TOLD BY THE BALD MAN IN The photo that it was twenty plus. It is not! We saw on the website and another manager that it is 18. They have lied. We asked if it was dress code that was the issue they continued to say it was about the age. THIS IS A LIE. VERH VERY DISSAPOINTED

But unfortunately, today I went to eat here and was served a piadina with salmon that had completely gone bad. Thank goodness I noticed it in time. I'm truly sorry, but these things are not something you joke about...

12/08/2025: Sunday around noon, after a stroll around the mall, I went to the piadineria, asked to make a piadina with my ingredients, asked for walnuts... they told me they didn't have them, asked for peppers and they told me they didn't have them... so I took them and left, telling them that at this point it would be better if they closed!!! The very rude employee snapped at me, but I let it go because I didn't feel like arguing. So, to sum up, I found rudeness, incompetence, and terrible management!!! In addition to the fact that they removed the only piadina we ate as a family (the decisa) a long time ago, this chain is now getting worse and worse!!!! I don't recommend it and they will never see me again.

03/07/2025: Extremely negative experience. I visited this place while walking my dog ​​and, unfortunately, I encountered extremely rude and offensive behavior from the staff. Although I immediately picked up my dog ​​and apologized, the employees addressed me with shouts, insults and even swear words. This attitude towards customers is absolutely unacceptable. If you appreciate courtesy, respect and a minimum of education, I strongly advise against this place.

12/06/2025: I was a guest at this hotel on the occasion of a concert at the nearby Assago Forum, so as not to have to return home too late. Don't expect a Grand Hotel like a tourist village, however... - The room was small but clean and functional - The breakfast was sufficiently abundant - The owners are easy-going people, with whom it is pleasant to have a chat - The price was absolutely in line and convenient That said, for me it is a 5 star. I will definitely return to the next concerts.

31/08/2025: I understand now why it wasn't very popular compared to the other restaurants in the gallery. Terrible food. The risotto was overcooked, tasteless, and precooked. An insult to Milanese cuisine. I also found the cleanliness of the place appalling, with the smell of urine even outside the bathrooms and near the kitchen. Luckily, I left everything behind, otherwise who knows what I would have eaten. I'd say the place is unhygienic. The stairs are dirty and never cleaned. Urine is even in the hallways, and I'm not even talking about the bathrooms.

15/08/2025: A small café-bar is located inside the Fiordaliso Shopping Center, in the center of the hall like a flower in a garden, surrounded by the shops of the mall. My partner and I often come here for breakfast or coffee when we go shopping at the nearby supermarket. In fact, they have a wide selection of coffees to choose from, as well as other fresh artisanal pastries. Kudos to the staff, who are excellent at making coffee, and every product is of excellent quality. Beautiful, dense and delicate, just how we like it ☺️ The brioches are truly delicious, filled with good-quality fillings 😋 We absolutely cannot complain about the staff, because they are truly friendly. They apply empathy to their service, providing it with attention and dedication, adding a touch of exceptional customer friendliness. Always smiling, and the atmosphere is warm. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to spend some time relaxing while enjoying their products.

20/07/2025: The place is very noisy, but that's not the business's fault. The ice cream was delicious, and the coffee was good and reasonably priced. The three people who served us were very kind and patient, even though we didn't speak Italian.

04/09/2025: HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED because you have to wait about half an hour before you can order (plus the time it takes to prepare the piadinas, which are also good). If you have dinner and then go to the movies, GO ELSEWHERE, it takes too long!

I asked for a large detox and two coffees, I see a large gingseng coffee arrive, after 5 minutes 2 coffees..... the detox, I had to ask for it.... another 10 minutes... I still ordered the gingseng, even though I wasn't interested, but.... closed for ever.

18/05/2025: Very unpleasant, when I entered the bar, I say hello and they don't say hello back, even if they look me in the face. I've been working in the restaurant business for years but I've never heard so much rudeness. Maybe they're only nice to their regular customers.

09/04/2025: I've never seen such stuffed brioches. Optimal. Good cappuccino, courteous staff, nice and quiet area.
