I chose the restaurant because I knew it served morel-based dishes. I tried the fettuccine with morels and I have to admit, they were truly delicious. I was intrigued by the fried brains, which I also loved. My companions tried the spaghetti alla chitarra with sausage and wine, and the eggplant and porcini mushroom rolls. We enjoyed everything, but I think the portions could be more generous. The restaurant owner recommended that I let them know a few days in advance if you're going there for the morels.
