04/09/2025: The service was terrible. The staff were limp and rude. None of them seemed to want to do their job. We sat down ourselves and even had to ask them for the menu. Is this normal? BE CAREFUL, they charge you for the cutlery and the service!!!!

17/07/2025: An absolute disgrace of an institution. Istituto Marangoni Milano should be ashamed. The moment I stepped onto campus with my family, hoping to share a proud and meaningful part of my life with them, we were coldly turned away by reception — refused even a brief look around. That moment will haunt me. They shattered a once-in-a-lifetime chance for my loved ones to see where I’ve worked so hard, and for what? Rules? Power trips? The inhumanity was chilling. After all the outrageous money poured into this school, to be treated like that — like we were nothing — makes me sick to my core. No respect, no compassion, no integrity. Just an expensive, hollow institution hiding behind prestige. Shame on you!

02/09/2025: H.Beer Corner well done ! Delicious and fair priced food compared to the rest similar ones. Many options to choose from even for the youngest members... A drink, cocktail, extra cold beer or refreshment is in the price! Also desert and fresh fruit! Very pleased from this experience definitely to choose again when we return to Milan.

25/08/2025: I've been there a couple of times and the buffet menu has never changed, beautiful place, but the buffet menu is always the same, so there is not much variety.

08/06/2025: Hoy nos vamos de Milán y Mag era uno de nuestros lugares favoritos, así que decidimos tomar una última copa antes de irnos. Estábamos cortos de tiempo, pero de alguna manera estaban tan enojados. Nunca limpió la mesa, siguió haciendo comentarios desagradables a otros huéspedes y en 10 minutos ni siquiera trajo un menú. Entiendo que puede haber buenas razones para el estrés y usted elige cómo ejecutar su servicio en horas de mucho trabajo... pero el poi t de la industria de la hospitalidad para hacer que los huéspedes se sientan bienvenidos, Mag simplemente falló el propósito esta vez por completo... Elija educar a sus huéspedes con amabilidad, o simplemente mantener a su torre de cristal y no se moleste con el día - servicio en absoluto.

20/08/2025: I think it's the worst location in their restaurant chain that I've visited...the air conditioning wasn't working, it was quite noisy, the toilet smelled, although some employees tried to keep it clean, the place disappointed me badly...

13/08/2025: You order on the lower level via a pad or staff member and eat on the next floor, going up the stairs. The store seemed clean and well-equipped, with well-spaced tables and a great atmosphere...it's obviously part of the McDonald's chain. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a shame about parking, which isn't easy to find nearby.

27/05/2025: Unfeasible for lunch break. At lunch time the light discs were already finished and I had to wait at the cash register looking into the eyes of the sales assistant!!!! Biblical times then for the preparation.. and it wasn't full at all (and now I understand why)

09/05/2025: After choosing several piadinas via the interactive totem, the only lady at the checkout informs me that there are no more alert disks to place the order and that I therefore have to queue at the checkout. All this despite having seen us ordering for over five minutes at the totem.

26/02/2025: Top place if you want to experience a typical atmosphere. Very honest prices and very good quality of shisha. Also very good dishes and Moroccan tea (a must every time we pass)

25/04/2025: locale molto bello e accogliente, personale molto gentile , cibo buono anche se un po’ caro(anche se non molte alternative per quanto quanto riguarda il salato, avevo chiesto un toast prosciutto e formaggio e il cameriere mi ha detto che non me lo poteva fare e di guardare i toast presenti sul menù ), bagni molto belli. unica pecca , i bicchieri un po’ sporchi . nel complesso ottima esperienza

24/04/2025: Da tempo volevo provare la loro famosa colazione. Purtroppo non ho avuto un effetto wow! Preso waffle con frutti di bosco come accostamento tre contenitori con panna, cioccolata e sciroppo d'acero; non sono sicura che siano stati fatti al momento perché la consistenza non era morbida e aveva pezzetti con zucchero come se il preparato non si fosse cotto completamente. Quello che trovo però eccessivo è il prezzo e il coperto perché c'è una tovaglietta di carta tovagliolo di carta forchetta e coltello. Andrebbe tolto almeno il coperto. Anche lo spazio di vendita dei gudget ha prezzi veramente alti. Ho visto prevalentemente stranieri

17/08/2025: Bad experience! We were attracted by the option of a menu with an appetizer, a first or second course, and a sushi mix. For our appetizer, we ordered gyoza, which had subpar meat, so thin that they fell apart as soon as you picked them up. The sushi mix came with overcooked rice and tasteless salmon. The only thing that was a little more edible were the noodles. The service was poor; the waiters kept asking us if our food had arrived and when. To top it off, the place was full of flies.
