16/08/2025: I'm very sorry to write this because I've always had a great time at Piadinerias. But unfortunately, today I went to eat here and was served a piadina with salmon that had completely gone bad. Thank goodness I noticed it in time. I'm truly sorry, but these things are not something you joke about...

12/08/2025: Sunday around noon, after a stroll around the mall, I went to the piadineria, asked to make a piadina with my ingredients, asked for walnuts... they told me they didn't have them, asked for peppers and they told me they didn't have them... so I took them and left, telling them that at this point it would be better if they closed!!! The very rude employee snapped at me, but I let it go because I didn't feel like arguing. So, to sum up, I found rudeness, incompetence, and terrible management!!! In addition to the fact that they removed the only piadina we ate as a family (the decisa) a long time ago, this chain is now getting worse and worse!!!! I don't recommend it and they will never see me again.

24/07/2025: Conto salatissimo ed ingiustificato, una vera vergogna. Abbiamo dovuto sollecitare più volte per avere qualche pezzetto di formaggio(assolutamente privo di eccezionalità), due fettine di prosciutto e tre di mortadella, qualche fetta di pane. Riconoscendo il mal servizio il titolare ci ha proposto una fetta di melone a testa (eravamo in 5) che credevamo un omaggio per farsi perdonare. Risultato: 5 fettine di melone per giunta insapore(questo almeno non per colpa) 18 euro😬. Attenzione, il tagliere tutto fumo niente arrosto 24 euro. Una vera ladrata. Da dimenticare!!!!

18/06/2025: Pessimo!! Nel dehor in via dezza del negozio "la baita del formaggio " di via foppa ho pagato una bottiglietta di acqua e una coca 8 euro. Un posto degradato e degradante, arredato malissimo, sporco soprattutto nel retro . L'area di via Dezza e via foppa è stata riqualificata dopo anni di lavori per la metro blu e questo luogo dovrebbe ospitare non una baracca , ma al limite un locale più dignitoso e soprattutto non un posto che non vale quel che chiede.

28/08/2025: First of all, the place itself was a bit less than stellar. It was a bit dingy in places, and the staff barely greeted you. The food was expensive and not warm, and the cheese snacks were even cold. The restroom didn't even have a door you could close. Not a positive experience, so I wouldn't recommend it!

25/08/2025: The restaurant is divided into an indoor and outdoor area; it's a bit dirty inside, and the wait times are average. I frequent this fast food joint often, and the food, while not exceptional, is good. The price varies depending on how hungry you are. They sometimes offer deals on their app.

20/08/2025: I'm giving it a 2 only because of the staff's kindness. The prices for food/coffee consumed on-site are almost double those for takeout. I haven't seen this "special" markup in Milan for 10 years; I find it truly scandalous. The price list should be more transparent at this point; I find it truly unacceptable to pay so much in a city like Milan. And for what? Maybe the location? Large granita €10, small gelato €10.50, decaf macchiato €4.50!!! Shameful.

14/08/2025: After years abroad, I finally had a cappuccino worthy of the name. Perfectly balanced coffee and milk, creamy foam, and that unmistakable Italian aroma. One sip and I felt like I was truly home again.

21/09/2025: At the ice cream and crepe counter, there were miles-long lines due to poor organization, despite the patience of the staff. At the bar, however, a listless and rude employee decided to make a glass of orange juice using only orange peel and pits. Avoid!

18/08/2025: Excellent restaurant - I absolutely 100% recommend. I was looking for a fast and easy place to eat at the end of the night and was fortunate enough to find Serendepico. The manager, Alex, is the friendliest, most welcoming, and entertaining guy. As a solo traveler, he treated me more like a human than simply a customer, and gave me a conversation to remember. For not only great food and service but also a memorable experience, try Serendepico and I promise you won’t regret it!

14/04/2025: Very generous pours—especially the Negroni, which is fantastic for this price range. Super chill vibe and a great location. The bartender is hands-down the best in town, with a seriously generous hand. Perfect spot to hang out with a buddy, no pressure, no pretenses—even if you’re both flying solo.

16/04/2025: I went to this bar for the first time last week and I must say it was an exceptional discovery. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with furnishings with attention to the smallest details that make you immediately feel at home, delicious coffee and the very nice and kind owner.

13/06/2025: Ordered pizza at 6:30 pm for 7:30 pm (we specified the time so we could have dinner before having to go to work). Arrived at 8:45 pm after several calls to which we were always answered "The boy is leaving" but obviously it was a big joke. I also read the previous reviews and I wonder how the hell it doesn't occur to you to stop doing home delivery if you are not capable. Avoid a huge waste of people's time but above all save yourself from being joked about TONIGHT WE WERE GOING TO WORK WITHOUT DINNER.
