After a long day of walking, night fell, and I didn't feel like looking for a restaurant. It was crowded, and the food was nothing out of this world. The fries were delicious, and the burger... lousy, like a piece of salami.

Today, March 1st, at 1 pm at McCaffe', an employee named Stefania who made me a cappuccino was incredibly kind and the cappuccino was delicious! I want to point out that every time we come and she's there, she's ALWAYS smiling, friendly, and kind...a rare thing! Compliments to this employee, if only they were all like that!!!

02/04/2026: The wholemeal brioche are great!
20/03/2026: I stopped here for breakfast before leaving. The chocolate brioche and cappuccino were truly excellent, especially the latter, and the prices were all fair. The line at the counter quickly cleared, and the food itself was served quickly; there are also high, wide tables for eating in. I can't comment on the rest of the products.

04/10/2025: Great food and very attentive service I had the bruschetta with ham – it was truly excellent, fresh, and very flavorful. The service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and courteous. It was particularly pleasant that the staff made sure we didn't get cold and turned on the patio heater just for us. An all-around wonderful experience – highly recommended!
04/10/2025: Osteria la Scale in Cannobio was a wonderful discovery! My pasta Bolognese was truly delicious, and my companion's bruschetta was simply fantastic. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed; we immediately felt at ease. A huge plus is that dogs are welcome, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. In the evening, with the ovens warming up and the tables overlooking the lake, the atmosphere becomes magical. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good food, friendly service, and an enchanting atmosphere on Lake Maggiore.
