31/08/2025: One of the worst places I've ever eaten. The staff was unresponsive to basic requests, like asking for coffee after 15 minutes or asking for part of the children's menu. Embarrassing.

14/08/2025: However, when you ask for the daily menus, they tell you they're not available (today, August 14th, is a pre-holiday, so they feel entitled to not offer the menus...). Oh well...

09/04/2025: What ever i ve eaten inside this place was always top quality. Being a croissant in the morning to a slice of pizza or simply some bread to bring home . If you are in Rubens dont miss a coffee and some sweet or if you are the salty type , their pizza al trancio are marvellous. Cheers...

29/08/2025: take away a bucket of chicken. kfc chicken and panino size become smaller.And the chicken are very dry, not juicy. used to be fan of kfc, feel disappointed.

25/07/2025: A really bad customer service experience, it’s more than obvious how much they hate their job. And don’t trust the published opening hours, they close whenever they feel like, it doesn’t matter if there’s people inside.

30/07/2025: I like simple, unpretentious things (Margherita pizza, pasta with tomato sauce, etc.) and it's not always easy to find a place that will satisfy me without fuss. They were very kind and welcoming 😊

13/05/2025: One star because you can't give less. Be careful who you enter, not even abroad have I eaten such a disgusting pizza, rather eliminate it from the menu. Fun karaoke but still of terrible quality, sound system not working as it should, always playing in clip. As soon as the regular customers arrive you can't sing anymore except late at night. Slow and confused service, high prices for low quality.

28/08/2025: On my way home, I stopped at this KFC location on Via Paolo Sarpi. I ordered a medium menu to go from the display. The wait was very short, no more than ten minutes. The cashier was kind and helpful. The food was standard for all KFC locations, and the fries were good.

18/07/2025: Extremely negative experience I worked at this company from November 21, 2023, to March 2, 2024, and unfortunately, I must say it was my worst work experience in Milan. During that time, I encountered a complete lack of professionalism, integrity, and respect, both towards employees and customers. Despite my constant efforts, I did not receive the wages I was owed. During my experience, I witnessed numerous cases of other former employees and service providers who showed up at work demanding what they were owed, only to receive aggressive responses and inappropriate comments from the owner, Vittorio Gucci. I share my experience as a form of protection and awareness for other professionals, in the hope that situations like this will not happen again and that the importance of respect and fairness in employment relationships will be recognized. Extremely negative experience I worked at this company from 21/11/2023 to 02/03/2024, and unfortunately, I have to say it was the worst work experience I've had in Milan. During that time, I witnessed a complete lack of professionalism, seriousness, and respect — both towards employees and clients. Despite my consistent effort and dedication, I was not paid the wages I was owed. Throughout my experience, I saw several former employees and service providers come to the workplace to claim what they were rightfully due, only to be met with aggressive responses and inappropriate comments from the owner, Vittorio Gucci. I'm sharing my experience as a way to protect and inform other professionals, in the hope that situations like this don't happen again, and that respect and fairness in the workplace are upheld.

Stavo andando ad un apericena in zona Porta Romana e passando davanti al Pomodorino l'occhio è caduto su alcune pizze e altre pietanze di ospiti accomodati beatamente all'esterno del locale a godersi la loro cena. Tale vista ha deliziato sia il mio palato che la mia curiosità così l'indomani sono andato a gustarmi una pizza con salsiccia e friarielli e vi posso assicurare che ne è valsa proprio la pena. Pizza squisita, ben cotta, guarnita con prodotti di qualità, servita da personale gentile e sorridente e con prezzo finale onesto. Molto consigliato

26/06/2025: The place was poor, both in terms of service from the waitress and the food. In fact, all we could manage was grilled chicken fillets, which were dry and tasteless. Any other dish we ordered wasn't feasible. It was cheap, but there was no way we could spend more, not even on dessert or coffee. I don't even know how they're still open.
