01/11/2025: I ordered two pizzas for dinner, one sausage and potatoes and the other Margherita.
They both arrived burned, especially the Margherita; the crusts were black.
I could understand that the pizza chef made a mistake, but if you see that the pizzas are burned, you can't serve them like that.
As for the taste, the Margherita was edible, but the sausage and potatoes had no flavor at all.

20/11/2025: What a wonderful hostel! I stayed there only for one night after a very long flight from Bangkok, but I really enjoyed it!
The building is beautifully renovated, the bed comfortable and everything was clean. And at night you could hear some nice music playing from nearby. The common areas also seemed inviting.
And everything for a very reasonable price! 😊 I hope to stay there next time as well.

I also want to highlight the friendly service. This evening, the staff addressed my concerns about the gluten-free noodles with extreme courtesy, even though I hadn't expressed myself in the most polite way possible under these circumstances. Thank you for making our evening a pleasant one.

23/11/2025: A historic place worth trying again and again. Exceptional meats, as well as appetizers, first courses, and side dishes. I first came here 40 years ago, and have since returned several times, always satisfied!

The meat was decent (but it wasn't a tagliata as stated on the menu, but rather roast beef).
The waiter was a tad too "intimate."
The atmosphere was clean but quite cramped.

30/11/2025: My first Baltic cuisine dinner in Italy after an experience abroad. I had low expectations, but I was completely blown away. Each dish was carefully crafted, beautifully paired, and balanced. The fish was expertly cooked. Kudos also to the extremely helpful and attentive wait staff. The wine list, too, leaves nothing to chance and is anything but ordinary. A lovely evening.

09/11/2025: A niche restaurant that met and exceeded our expectations! Excellent quality ingredients, generous portions, and original combinations that respect Spanish traditions. Croquetas de Patanegra, an explosion of harmonious flavors; Bravas de gambas de cristal, fried to perfection (with homemade sauces); Romesco del dia, a pleasant discovery!
We finally chose the Paella Marinera: perfectly executed socarrat, rice al dente and flaky, fresh fish, shrimp, and scampi, lightly seared to preserve and enhance their sweetness and texture! The wait staff was also friendly and attentive. We didn't try the desserts, but we definitely won't miss them next time! BRAVO! Keep up the good work!

01/10/2025: This small-medium sized café, run by non-EU citizens, appears to have recently undergone routine renovations. It's very clean, even in the restrooms. My review can only be based on the attentive and meticulous coffee service. The coffees and cappuccinos are expertly prepared, and the croissants are delicious, although they aren't homemade. The staff is friendly, there are a few tables inside, and the prices are lower than average in Rome. Highly recommended! 👍
