Oishi Ramen In Milano

Both the Ramen and the Bao are excellent. The fried turnip is highly recommended

Everything was delicious! We had the chawamushi followed by two ramens - the classic and the vegetarian one. Really, really good. The staff is super nice and helpful, and the playlist was great. The place is small, so make sure to book a table through their website-specially during the weekend.

We didn’t have any table reservation and restaurant was fully booked yet they were flexible enough and found a spot for us, for what we were very thankful! Also it’s a small cozy restaurant with a lovely staff. The food was good and we enjoyed our dinner and drinks a lot.

First Ramen experience I would say went well. I discovered it to be a truly rich and filling dish. I started by tasting the pork and aubergine Bao buns, which were very good. Then I moved on to the (vegetable) ramen with the addition of good pork. The noodles, however, were very fine, and I preferred the Ramen ones with the 3 types of pork, much "bigger" and tasty (but this is a derivation of the pasta, which I prefer coarser than the fine one). Good beers, both the IPA and the house branded ramen one. The only inconvenience was having to wait 20 minutes outside because our table wasn't free... (The reservation was at 10pm, but we were only able to sit around 10.15pm/8pm) and they didn't allow us to wait inside given the place very small. To sum it up, I liked it, but I found it perhaps a little expensive, for how much I ate. But you're in Milan... island... Etc. etc

The Bao and the starters are five stars. The Veggie ramen was a bit disappointing (maximum 3 stars, the vegetables cut too coarsely in my opinion), while the beef one was good (4 stars). The price is higher than average, but you pay for the quality of the raw materials.

Pazzesco ramen e la trota salmonata

Super buono!!! Ramen e non solo, veramente notevole. Migliorabile l'offerta del bere.... Peccato che il nostro tavolo era troppo vicino alla porta di ingresso. Ad ogni apertura eravamo innondati da aria gelida...🥶

Vengo qua da anni ed è per me il ramen più buono di Milano nulla da dire ma recensisco con 3 stelle perché purtroppo con il cambio di gestione c è stato un cambiamento nell atmosfera…sento proprio la fretta del personale nel far andare via i clienti il prima possibile per liberare i tavoli. Mi spiace ma la cena è un momento rilassante sopratutto se si parla di ramen che deve essere degustato. Spero che la gestione migliori questo aspetto, altrimenti cercherò un altro ramen di fiducia..
