Oishi Ramen In Milano

An intimate restaurant with meticulous attention to detail, the service perfectly reflects the attentiveness and quality of the setting. We started with a sharing dish recommended by the waiter: a perfect choice. A delicious, deconstructed roll with a mix of oriental flavors enriched with bone marrow, a surprisingly Milanese touch that makes the dish unique. Next, a slightly spicy ramen, which, in my opinion, is the best in Milan (and I've tried quite a few). High-quality meat, a rich broth, and a perfectly cooked egg: a balance of flavors that's truly difficult to describe. To finish, we tried a sweet treat similar to mochi: delicious, but in my opinion a bit overpriced and not essential to the rest of the experience. I highly recommend booking, even on weekdays. An exquisite place in every way.

There's nothing to complain about about the food; everything was delicious, from the pumpkin to the temaki beef. The service deserves two separate marks. She's very empathetic and helpful... he perhaps doesn't have the character to work with the public... we arrive 10 minutes late, he says the shift lasts an hour and he doesn't know if we'll have time to eat, and throughout the dinner he makes us feel bad about it. When we go to pay, we jokingly say, "Since we made it,"... he responds, "Actually, you were 10 minutes late," after we had to ask for coffee three times. Dining at a restaurant should be an experience, and hospitality is essential.

So, the place is a bit small and they give you a one-hour slot for eating, which I think is too short, especially considering the difficulty parking in that area. The food is spectacular and meticulously prepared, and the woman who runs it is perfect: kind, organized, and very welcoming. She knows how to handle small organizational issues, even offering drinks. The guy who waits at the tables, on the other hand, shouldn't be working in contact with the public; he's not very empathetic and takes his own discomfort out on the customers because of the time he's allowed at the tables.

I tried it again after a year, and I can confirm the excellent impression. It was my friend's ramen baptism, and it kick-started a new addiction! We tried the vegetarian option, and it was both tasty and beautiful. The only downside is that the place operates in shifts, and you have to leave within an hour. But this is clearly stated in the reservation, so it's no problem. He'll definitely be back.

The few times I come to Milan, I never miss the chance to try their ramen. Truly delicious!! A simple, well-maintained place with attentive customer service. It's definitely worth making a reservation and trying their dishes. I've been to Japan and can say this ramen is as good as the ones I've had there!

Small but very cute and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We tried the tartare as an appetizer, and it was truly excellent, with quality ingredients and plenty of it. The ramen was delicious. Recommended!
