Had a spontaneous lunch here. The best Italian food in Lake Como! Great service - fun friendly waiters.

We had lunch here, would NOT recommend. Food was very ordinary and overpriced. Ravioli was served as only 5 pieces with no sauce, it was served in oil instead. Osso bucco was average too. The table next to us, she said she ordered pasta and she did not eat it as it was very bland and tasteless.

Okkk sooooi didn’t go to hotel but I ate the food below.. 👇 sooo the cheese pasta was decent kinda uncooked but it was ok the spaghetti was rlly good the flavor was insane .

We can't comment on the rooms, as we only ate in the restaurant. The location is fantastic, 5 stars. The food (spaghetti carbonara and gnocchi) was 3 stars. Unfortunately, the service only gets 1 star. Our plates and wine glasses were cleared away quickly even though we hadn't finished eating. The server asked if we wanted to order anything else, and we were surprised by the speed of the clearing and said no. The server then said, "Then I'll bring you the bill." And so it was done. We didn't leave a tip after such unfriendly service. It's a shame, because the location is truly wonderful.

The food at the restaurant is delicious. Ordered the risotto with prawns and it was perfect from all aspects. And there are couple of halal options in the menu, Chicken curry and Lamb Don’t know about the hotel…

The view of the lake is the nicest thing about the restaurant. However, it doesn't justify the prices for the food. The food wasn't tasty either. Not recommended.

04/05/2026: A wonderful day in nature with friends. We'll start with the transport to the cabin: I'll pick you up in a former military vehicle, and you'll already feel like you're on an adventure from another era! Beautiful place, good food, fair price. Special mention goes to the youngest waitress, who was excellent both in service and with our children. We'll be back soon!

18/06/2026: We chose Trattoria dei Bracconieri in Brunate to celebrate a special occasion, and it proved to be a wonderful choice. Perched high above the beautiful town of Como, this charming and cosy restaurant enjoys one of the most breathtaking locations imaginable. The food was absolutely delicious, from the starters to the main courses and desserts. Everything was beautifully prepared and full of flavour. The fresh orange juice was particularly outstanding – one of the best I have ever tasted. What made the experience truly unforgettable was dining on the open terrace, almost like sitting on a balcony suspended above the town. The panoramic views across Como and the lake were simply spectacular. Looking down from such a height while enjoying a leisurely lunch created a magical atmosphere. The staff were welcoming, the setting was picturesque, and the entire experience felt special from beginning to end. Even the name, "Trattoria dei Bracconieri" – "The Hunters' Tavern" – adds a touch of character and humour. If you are visiting Lake Como and would like to enjoy excellent food with truly stunning views, I would highly recommend this delightful restaurant.
