Wonderful place, my only regret is not having discovered it sooner. A real gem. The atmosphere is very refined and intimate, you're welcomed like a guest, and the attention to the food is beyond ordinary. The menu features dishes like "elephant ear" (which I'll definitely try again) or other traditional dishes like rice with perch, but... their signature dish is chicken (we're not talking about chickens from intensive farms, but local ones), and we also enjoyed trying the pasta with clams and bottarga. The quality-price ratio is strongly influenced by the quality. It's quickly becoming one of the places I'll recommend to friends and acquaintances to make a good impression. Congratulations!
