21/07/2024: Punti a favore ? Il panorama e una buona qualità dei piatti. Servizio totalmente da rivedere. La seconda bottiglia di vino é stata portata al tavolo già aperta, senza chiedere a chi far fare l’assaggio é stato versato un calice pieno (vedi foto) con all’interno residui di sughero. Dopo aver fatto notare il problema e aver richiesto un’altra bottiglia ci é stato detto dalla proprietaria: “ La bottiglia ve la cambiamo ma non era presente il tappo all’interno”. La bottiglia VA APERTA AL TAVOLO e non nel retro quindi questa affermazione non ha fondamento. Le due bottiglie prese erano diverse e sarebbe stato corretto un cambio calici da parte degli inservienti di sala,che invece abbiamo dovuto richiedere noi. Sono sprovvisti di pasta gluten free e tutti i primi piatti contenevano glutine. I piatti delle prime portate sono stati tutti impilati sul tavolo , comprendo che i piatti fossero pesanti ,ma c’è modo e modo di lavorare non con irruenza. Una volta in cassa conto da dividere per 6, abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile far pagare ad un nostro amico astemio solo il suo senza vino così da poter dividere il resto per 5. Dopo aver fatto pagare il nostro amico anche noi ci siamo messi a dividere il conto per 5 per agevolare la proprietaria e la ragazza in cassa nell’operazione. 335€:5= 67€ a persona, la proprietaria ha esordito con un 167€ e dopo avergli detto SORRIDENDO “ no sono 67€ a testa “ ha risposto dicendo “ siete un tavolo complicato “ E NON STAVA SCHERZANDO. Intendo sottolineare che in tutte le varie situazioni abbiamo mantenuto un atteggiamento educato ringraziando sempre e mai con presunzione, adattandoci e comprendendo le problematiche e le difficoltà degli inservienti di sala.

20/07/2024: Cena semplicemente imbarazzante. Bottiglia di vino portata al tavolo già aperta. Attesa infinita per i piatti ed il resto. Gli addetti al servizio di sala a dir poco imabarazzanri scortesi e per niente impreparati. Il tutto condito dalla proprietaria che non ha per nulla cercato di rimediare ma anzi ha messo del suo per rovinare ancora di più il tutto. SCONSIGLIO A TUTTI QUANTI

16/03/2024: Siamo stati in questo locale per una pizza. Location piccola, gradevole e ordinata, cameriera dai modi gentili, il servizio però un pochino lento. Abbiamo ordinato pizza, l'impasto a nostro avviso non sembrava molto equilibrato, idem gli ingredienti sopra. A nostro avviso. Prezzi nella norma

19/08/2024: Terrible costumer service. Angry people shouting you at the door to wait, if you say something, they offer you 5 minutes more waiting time. Not recommended

12/08/2024: What an incredible find! We stumbled across this gorgeous restaurant on our way along Lake Como and it was worth the detour - whilst enjoying a beautiful view of the lake we enjoyed Campari Spritz and a delicious bowl of Ravioli with Walnut Sauce. We were serenaded twice by San Giuseppe 🥰 and all the patrons were happy and enjoying a leisurely lunch. Pass by here if you want to feel like you're the only ones to discover a true gem!

29/06/2024: One of my favorite bars. The girls are very nice and professional. Alessandro, Fabio, Maddalena and Mario are a certainty.

27/06/2024: Excellent bar, friendly staff, super fast service, well stocked and above all in the town center with the possibility of being outside in the summer on the outdoor patio. Above all, Mr. Fabio is an easy-going and very kind person. You can also top up your phone and act as a tobacconist. The car parks are right behind the bar and there is almost always a space very close by. When I'm in the area, I always stop at this place!

06/08/2024: As a gourmet, I recommend the Tozzi ice cream shop, a truly excellent ice cream, you can taste the quality of the ingredients, TRUE ARTISAN ICE CREAM

03/07/2024: Lovely place to stop by for a tasty gelato and pastry. The coffee is so great I needed to have another espresso. The owners were very attentive and kind. If you are in the area and have cravings for a good coffe & dessert, make sure you visit this charming coffee shop.

29/06/2024: Nice bar with homemade sweets and ice cream. Great refueling stop for cyclists, I often stopped for coffee and cake as well as focaccia and coke towards the end of long training rides. Usually friendly and helpful staff but last time on 28th June when I paid at the counter the lady was so annoyed about my low Italian language skills she started complaining to other people in the bar about me being stupid as there was a short misunderstanding about cash or card payment. What an unpleasant experience this was. For sure the last time I spent almost 20€ there.

02/08/2024: **Hotel Review: Great Hotel with Good Staff, But Breakfast Could Be Better** I recently had the pleasure of spending a few nights at this hotel on the edge of the old town, and overall my experience was very positive. The hotel itself is fine. The quiet location contributes to a relaxing stay, far from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the hotel room worked very poorly. The staff deserves a special mention. From the moment I checked in to the moment I left, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They really went out of their way to make me feel welcome and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area. Another plus is the parking. The hotel has ample parking facilities, which is very convenient for guests who come by car. It was nice to know that my car was parked safely and close by. The only aspect that was a bit disappointing was the breakfast. Considering the overall quality of the hotel, I had higher expectations for this. The selection was quite limited and the quality of the food left much to be desired. It wasn't bad, but certainly not on the same level as the rest of the hotel. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel for a quiet and comfortable stay with good service. Hopefully breakfast will be improved in the future so that the entire stay is perfect.

29/07/2024: 1.racism of the owners of the hotel (not the staff) 2. Stolen stuff (came back to the room with doors left open and stuff missing/stolen) 3. Leaving only our doors unlocked (three rooms were left open which were all ours and we are the only Arab Muslims) 4. Carelessness of some stuff in the reception (a lady and a man who ties his hair up) 5. Room service was not met to standard 6. Made us pay for the mini bar/fridge saying that we used whats inside although we didn’t not use it 7. A/C was broken and hot. No one helped to fix it we have never experienced such a horrible time in a hotel before, we are never going back to that hotel and made the whole experience in como difficult and horrendous. Not only are we never coming back we are never going to visit como again. our belongings were stolen, the doors were left unlocked, nothing was met to expectations. A horrible horrible experience. Very racist owners of the hotels which was seen by us through the experience of staying. If you are Arab Muslim, I don’t recommend you to come to this hotel or even to como. I would like to thank and appreciate the work and welcoming behaviour of three staff members. The man in the reception in the mornings (wears glasses and has a beard) motaz and billy. Those three staff members especially billy and motaz welcomed us in a wonderful and welcoming way which made the experience in the hotel a bit tiny better. They assisted us when needed, talked to us in such a friendly way, and respected us.
