Beautiful hotel on the lake, view with spectacular landscape, super services and comfort, excellent and well-arranged food with decoration on the plate, kind, humble and well-prepared staff in advising and serving drinks and dishes, fair quality/price ratio given the location, highly recommended hotel .

Great location, restarant imperial amazing location and food, easy to go by boat to como Maitre Silavano very helpful and he is leading great team....great breakfast bueffet 2 ladies Ariana and Violetta both are the concierge friendly and very helpful to find restaurant or places to go... The Reception Team friendly for the check in..under the vision Clelia and Gabriel doing amazing job The Barstaff from Perdro ...best cocktails Soon will be back ....Grazie to all of them

We did not stay at the hotel, but we played at their tennis court. The court was extremely easy to reserve by calling the front desk of the hotel and it was a reasonable hourly rate. The front desk was very helpful and friendly when they checked us in and directed us to the tennis court. We did have our own racquets and balls, but it is possible they have some available to borrow. While the synthetic grass court wasn’t in brand-new shape, it was perfectly playable, and possibly the most scenic court my wife or I have ever played on. I highly recommend any traveling tennis player in the Lake Como area book this court, as playing it was an unforgettable experience. It’s also nice that they allow you to book it even if you are not a guest at the hotel. Hope to come back and play it again some day!

Very elegant hotel restaurant with restaurant (also perfect for weddings) on the lake, adjacent there is a beautiful beach with bar/pizzeria. Adequate prices.

Ci sono andata 2 volte per assaggiare piu piatti. Tutto buonissimo, supercurato. Livello altissimo, ingredienti ricercati di altissima qualità. Prezzo qualità giusto. Una cena da re.

Ideal para descansar Cuenta con spa Y su bar tiene comida durante la tarde. La estación de ferry está cruzando la calle. Llegar a como y otras partes se vuelve fácil.

In base allo standard dell'hotel le camere non seguono la stessa filosofia. Lo staff poco attento nel fornire e dare brochure dei luoghi da visitare

Ubicació exel.lent, habitació molt amplia i tranquila, el menjar de qualitat i ben el.laborat, les vistes precioses, l'SPA molt agradable. L'staff atents i agradables. En el petit restaurant ens va atendre en Domenico, sempre molt amable i atent. Tambè ens va ajudar molt la Srta conserge alegre i eficient. En general tot el personal molt disposats. Ho recomano
