19/03/2025: Nice place, good pizza, terrible service from the bald waiter with glasses, he takes the order leaning on the table, I order a pizza with chips and he says that chips are missing, so I order a different pizza. Since I see a plate with chips at the next table, I turn to the pizza chef asking for chips and he answers that they are there. Not to mention the coffee requested and waited more than 10 minutes, the same rude waiter jokes with me saying "did you order them in Palermo?" His young colleague brings us the coffees and apologizes, all in all maybe I think it's time to leave space for the young people I don't know if I'll go back

The menu offers a wide choice of sushi, sashimi and other Japanese specialties, with options to suit all tastes. The fish is always fresh and the presentation of the dishes is meticulous. The service is also efficient, and the atmosphere of the place makes the experience pleasant, both for a quiet dinner and for a special occasion. Overall, I find it to be a reliable choice for those who want to enjoy good sushi in the area.

22/03/2025: I attended the Chef's two-day fermentation course. I learned a lot about techniques I didn't know and that are put into practice in an exceptional mine by Chef Gatti. He was very good at transmitting the technical bases, all the reasoning and thought, necessary, for a good practice of lacto-fermentation, koji, kombucha and much more. I recommend it to anyone, especially those in the industry, who is interested in the topic!

09/03/2025: Very nice restaurant in the historic center, excellent service, always interesting menu with very good dishes, possibility of trying multiple wines by the glass in different quantities with a personal card. Price is adequate except for the cover charge of €5.00 which is a bit high.

It was probably an isolated or unfortunate case, but it is an inconvenience that should never happen, especially for a flagship holiday product. I advise the manufacturer to strengthen quality controls and carefully check the panettone packaging and preservation process. Ensuring that each panettone arrives on customers' tables fresh and without defects is essential, especially as it is a Christmas dessert that people count on for special moments. I hope that appropriate measures will be taken in the future so that other consumers do not have to face the same disappointment.

20/02/2025: Abbiamo pranzato domenica in famiglia, 8 persone, siamo stati bene, molto bene! Personalmente ho scelto il menu degustazione pesce cotto (si può avere anche crudo e cotto) tutte portate ottime particolari al gusto e bellissima la presentazione..gentile lo chef, molto bravi i ragazzi che servono, se c’è qualche piccola mancanza di qualcuno, c’è un altro che interviene…eccezionale lo spaghettone con tartare di scampo..
