Bar Trattoria Ristoro In Castelmarte

Trattoria and pizzeria (pizza only in the evening) open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. A wonderful blast from the past: it's agee in a way that's even more adorable than it sounds. We had lunch on a Sunday afternoon in early June, featuring a meat menu. Very fair prices, excellent quality, and delightful service. What can we say: we'd recommend at least trying it.

Sunday lunch with friends. I expected a slightly more... spartan atmosphere, more like a trattoria. It's a restaurant in every sense, even in terms of prices. However, I was more than compensated by the truly delicious food and excellent service from friendly staff. (Donatella was top notch). We'll definitely be back.

We had lunch with a wide selection from the menu, starting with cured meats with fried gnocco, followed by the braised meat, which was really good. The place is nice, although it can get quite chaotic at low hours.

Rustic restaurant, authentic cuisine. The menu changes daily, and they also serve pizza on weekends. The vegetable soup is highly recommended, truly delicious. The boiled meat is top-notch, served with sides and delicious homemade sauces. The elephant ear is a real challenge: huge, juicy, and flavorful. Special mention goes to Donatella, the waitress, who is incredibly kind and attentive.

Lunch break on the banks of the river

The atmosphere is simple, a bar with a large dining room next door, but the quality of the food makes all the difference. I only ordered the main course, a truly excellent grilled meat with mashed potatoes, all very good. Coffee was included, but I ordered a prosecco on the side (which was good, by the way). The final bill was surprisingly reasonable. The staff was friendly, and the place was busy for lunch, which says it all. I stopped by chance, without knowing the place, and it was a pleasant discovery.

Excellent selection of traditional local dishes. We had the cappellacci trio, the ones with mushrooms were the best. Next, we had a trio of braised venison and mushrooms, plus polenta. Everything was delicious, with just the right amount. We'll definitely be back. Very friendly and attentive service. Also recommended for celiacs, as almost everything is gluten-free (except for the cutlet, which was promptly pointed out by the waitress). The desserts were spectacular! Five stars!!
