19/06/2025: A magical moment with my wife, a cuisine of rare finesse, a little away from the city center. The seafood is sublime, and for true vongole lovers, these are simply the best we've tasted. Gourmet cuisine at a very reasonable price. A hidden gem in Como.

02/06/2025: Cute little spot in a rustic building. The kitchen is on the main level, and the dining area is in the basement. The space is rather intimate--only about 7 tables. The food was absolutely delicious! We are vegetarian and did not partake in a full tasting, only a la carte, but everything we had was incredible: the eggplant puree, the risotto with fava beans, and the homemade tiramisù. Would highly recommend if you're in the area.

08/10/2025: €50 for a dinner for two with wine pairing. You think this story is a fabrication? I'm afraid I have to disappoint you. Osteria del Gallo conjures up what you've already eaten while wearing shoulder pads, teasing your hair, and swaying along to "Vamos a la Playa." And the craziest of all, it all seems to cost the same. Inflation has simply been outsmarted. And not only has time stood still there, but also in the decor. The restaurant looks exactly how you would paint an Italian restaurant, if you could paint. The menu continues in the same traditional vein. There are a handful of dishes that Nonna would have served. Without a lot of frills or magic candles, but prepared with love and according to old recipes. With such a strictly curated selection, you might as well try everything at once, because everything will bring a "Mama Mia" to your lips. The whole experience is rounded off with a half-liter of house rosso or bianco wine from the carafe. With all this magic, it's essential to make a reservation a few days in advance, otherwise you'll be one of the countless people who are put off daily.

07/10/2025: Walking through Como, we decided to eat at this place, and it was definitely a good choice. It's a small place where locals eat, and every day they have a different menu based on what's in season. Homemade food, exquisite service. Don't forget to try the tiramisu. Highly recommended.

16/07/2025: I went for dinner with my daughter and some friends. The all-you-can-eat menu was very good and varied, with portions even larger than those at other similar restaurants I've been to. Recommended.

11/07/2025: I tried this restaurant because I was in the area and had positive reviews. The restaurant itself isn't bad, but there are some drawbacks. Most items on the menu have limitations, such as the gunkan, tartare, sashimi, and carpaccio. Special dishes have separate charges. Even the classic tartares have limitations; you can only order two of the number listed on the menu, and the portions are very small. The same goes for the sashimi, which is cut very small, and a maximum of two slices of tuna. The carpaccio, personally, isn't anything special. The gunkan are the same, but you can't order more than two per person. I wonder why it's called an all-you-can-eat restaurant if it isn't. For the money, it's better to go to an all-you-can-eat restaurant where you'll find fewer limitations and more choice. It's not worth it for the price and portions.

30/08/2025: Very nice and spacious place, with friendly and attentive staff. The menu is varied, and there's both a restaurant and a pizzeria. We tried the pizzas and loved them. The dough is thin and easy to digest, and the prices are fair, especially considering the area.

26/09/2025: Clean, small rooms, but beds were hard. Unfortunately we were not given a lake view room. Not really within walking distance from town, no sidewalks to walk into town along the busy road. Off street parking is 10€ per day as are pool towel rental. Room towels are not to be used at the pool. Church next door, has a bell that starts chiming daily at 7 AM.

24/07/2025: Great place for an evening with friends. You can watch sporting events, and the food is excellent, whether you're having dinner or snacking. The atmosphere is unique, motorsports-themed, a bit vintage, and beautiful! Clean and welcoming.

The Karawhy very fun and engaging, we had a lot of fun. The service staff very professional and kind, a special mention for Giulia available kind and witty. Beautiful evening spent in the company of my friends.

14/09/2025: The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. After each course, the waiter explained the dish's characteristics. It was the first time I'd experienced such service, and I enjoyed it. The atmosphere was welcoming and simple, but with that personal touch that makes it unique.
