A real gem for meat lovers. We had dinner and were thrilled. The wine selection was also excellent. You can feel all the passion and care you put into choosing the right products. The meat was spectacular, cooked to order. Value for money? I'd say excellent.

Immediately greeted wholeheartedly by Katia, 1/2 of the fabulous husband & wife team, my wife Christine and I immediately felt at home in Mosto & Carnazza's familial cozy, eclectic and warm ambiance.
We are blessed to have enjoyed the very finest dry aged beef in Spain, Argentina, Ireland, Brazil, Costa Rica, Scotland and France.
As well as at the world class steakhouses in New York, Beverly Hills, Dallas, Miami and my hometown of San Francisco.
Christine's 36 month aged delicate flavor Parma Prosciutto & fresh burrata platter was a work of art, and my homemade pasta pappardelle with meatballs was out of this world epicurean.
Our 1 kilo Porterhouse elegantly presented bone-in and freshly cut by Katia's husband/chef-partner Andrea, featured maximum flavor and a fork-cut tender texture!
It was so outrageously scrumptious served with grilled al dente carrots, zucchini, eggplant and super crunchy hand-cut potatoes, that when we return to Como in July, I am going to order two 1 kilo Porterhouses side-by-side!
My having owned 2 restaurants, a tortilla factory and a dairy plant in America, I know that Mosto & Carnazza is a Ferrari F1 winner.
We toast Katia and Andrea with a double shot of Pappy Van Winkle, and strongly recommend this "Steak Cathedral" to all of our fellow carnivores in Western Europe!!!

I came in for an aperitif, and then stayed for dinner, drawn by the meat display. I had a very tender and tasty Italian Florentine steak, and we couldn't finish the generous side dishes—the potatoes were amazing! I'm sorry I didn't get to try the desserts, but we'll definitely be back.

Weekday dinner: We shared a light appetizer, a salad with goat cheese and pears, then I couldn't resist the pappardelle with their ragù, while my partner had the sirloin. I tasted it and... Mamma mia! I've never tasted such delicious meat! We finished with homemade tiramisu and a chocolate dessert. With two gin and tonics and two glasses of red, we spent €125; honestly, I expected to spend more. Oh! I forgot! The breadsticks they bring with their bread are porn 😊 Next time, I want to try a steak.

From Tomahawk to dry-aged ribs, to fillet and rib-eye, every dish reflects expertise, respect for the ingredients, and impeccable cooking technique. Here, meat isn't just food, it's an experience.
Bread, homemade breadsticks, and artisanal side dishes complete the experience, never mere extras, but rather an integral part of the dish. The wine list is extensive and well-researched, with a service capable of guiding the perfect pairing, enhancing every choice.
The service is always attentive, professional, and friendly, with that rare balance between precision and familiarity that makes guests feel at ease in a high-end setting.
Even the carefully crafted and distinctive desserts round out the tasting experience with coherence.
For us, Mosto & Carnazza stood out for the care with which each element was conceived and served.
It may not be a place for everyone, neither in terms of budget nor palate, but it's definitely a must-try, especially for lovers of high-quality meat and impeccable service.
