03/05/2026: I happened to stop by with friends for a coffee and met a dear friend who used to work at another establishment now closed. Her professionalism and courtesy are worth a visit—I'm talking about Angela, who's now behind the counter. I must say her expertise definitely warrants further visits, not just for a coffee, but also for the pastry shop or tobacco shop. A must-visit if you're passing through.

18/05/2026: Excellent regional dishes. The seating is in true Italian style. Large portions. We shared a pasta dish and then each had a main course – we could barely finish our portions. Very good value for money. I would highly recommend this restaurant and would gladly return myself ☺️

17/05/2026: We visited Il Carrettiere and it was a wonderful discovery. You can immediately sense the passion, hard work, and attention to detail. The restaurant is very clean, welcoming, and tastefully decorated. The interior design is truly high-quality: authentic, coherent, and meticulously crafted, yet elegant and tasteful. The atmosphere exudes a true old-school Italian atmosphere in the best sense of the word, an atmosphere increasingly rare these days. The cuisine is truly top-notch. The pizza is prepared according to the finest Italian tradition, while the fritto misto and seafood pasta were exceptional. In particular, the fritto misto was probably the best I've had in Como: everything was incredibly fresh, light, and perfectly cooked. The service was also very professional, attentive, and kind. It was a truly pleasant experience from every perspective. Sincere compliments to the entire team and a heartfelt thank you!

It's a welcoming, family-friendly place, where you immediately feel at ease thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the owner, who is always attentive and warm with his customers. The menu changes with the seasons and seasonal products, making each visit unique and interesting. The dishes are delicious, meticulously crafted and impeccably presented, with flavors that never disappoint. You can sense a great deal of attention to both the quality of the cuisine and the overall experience. Perfect for both family gatherings and special occasions, it's a restaurant I'm very fond of and always happy to return to.

20/05/2026: Very good pizza and great quality ingredients. I had the four meats pizza — the taste was really good, especially on the half where the dough was slightly thicker, because everything held together better and the flavor was even nicer. On the thinner side, some ingredients were falling off a bit, but overall the pizza was very tasty. My girlfriend loved the shrimp pizza. The shrimps were fresh, the flavors were perfectly balanced, and there were plenty of toppings. You can really feel the quality of the ingredients. We would gladly come back 🙂

14/05/2026: Bad place, I do not recommend it to anyone! Unfriendly staff! I stood in line to reserve a table, order food and drinks, but while waiting, an emergency situation arose and I asked if I could go to the toilet. In return, I was unfriendly with a text that I had to go outside because the toilet was only for visitors. Of course, I left and, on principle, went to have dinner elsewhere.

14/05/2026: There were four of us, and they seated us at a table for four. When the waiter noticed that only one of us wanted to eat, he suddenly became very rude. Shortly thereafter, he moved us to an extremely small table. Before we'd even finished our drinks, he brought us the bill. After we'd paid, he stood right by the door and practically shooed us away. I've rarely seen such rude and disrespectful behavior. Very disappointing.

03/12/2025: Bar Cooperativa in Nesso is an excellent bar in the Lissogno area. You can have breakfast, aperitifs, and lunch. And Valentina is kind and professional, always ready and attentive to customer requests... a bar you absolutely must visit.

18/04/2026: An absolutely flawless experience at Ristorante Belle Ile! The wait staff was incredibly attentive and professional from start to finish. The food was excellent across the board. We started with the Spaghettone, which was superb, followed by the Pesce di Lago and Schiaffone for our mains—both were fresh and expertly prepared. We finished by sharing the Tiramisu, the perfect end to a wonderful meal. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lake Como!
