Very nice environment, as well as the cellar. Each dish has a witty name, but both the presentation and the execution are very serious. Very attentive service.

A small pearl in Drezzo. From the welcome to the care of the dishes to the selection of wines, Rosso di sera is a place that surprises you. Dennis, the owner, is an extremely competent and passionate person who knows how to understand the customer's needs and guide the staff so that they feel pampered. The location is also suitable for small formal events as it has small isolated rooms. The cuisine is refined in both presentation and taste, not predictable and delicious, nothing is left to chance. Undoubtedly a place to return to many times.

Really excellent restaurant, quiet and welcoming. We started dinner with a small course offered by the restaurant, just to entice us even more to taste their exquisite dishes. The menu is divided into meat and fish courses, I chose fish. As a starter I absolutely recommend the cod pie on a bed of parmesan cream and caramelized onions. The cake pops into your mouth and is truly delicious. Next, I can only recommend the mixed fry. Plate of the right size and the fried food was not at all heavy. Dessert could not be missing, namely a panna cotta, defined by them as "vertical milk and cream", with salted caramel. The flavors blended together. Very friendly and helpful staff. On weekends I recommend booking. We will definitely be back to enjoy the meat-based menu!

Ho conosciuto Rosso di Sera grazie ad una mia amica, e ancora oggi la ringrazio. Da quella prima volta non perdo mai l’occasione per poter cenare presso questo ristorante dall’ambiente raffinato ed “elegantemente informale”, caldo, tranquillo e mai caotico. Il menù è sempre in aggiornamento in base alla stagione, e ogni volta supera le nostre aspettative: ottime materie prime lavorate sapientemente dallo chef, che mette così tanta passione nel suo lavoro, da riuscire a trasformarle in eccellenti pietanze, non solo squisite al palato ma anche dal piacevole impatto visivo! La pizza o pinsa…un insieme di sapori ricercati e perfettamente armonici come la bellissima musica di sottofondo che accompagna tutta la serata. Lo staff ti accoglie sempre in modo cordiale e professionale. Si viene coccolati per tutto il tempo, in modo sempre garbato, simpatico e mai invadente. Il proprietario Dennis è una persona molto cortese con la quale fa sempre piacere scambiare qualche chiacchera e confrontarsi su vari argomenti…dalle playlist musicali ai videogames 😉. In definitiva: cenare al Rosso di Sera è semplicemente una garanzia sotto ogni punto di vista.
