The brioches are perfect for breakfast, and the pastries are truly delightful. The staff is super friendly, and the place is always welcoming and well-kept. If you love sweets made with passion, this is the place to go!

10/11/2025: A welcoming, charming, and well-organized restaurant in the center of Orzinovi; the staff is hospitable and well-trained, and the service is fairly quick. The chef offers a simple, well-balanced menu, showcasing typical local products. I haven't seen the wine list, but I imagine it's not bad; I tasted a decent local red. The cleanliness isn't bad, but overall there's room for improvement in the back row. If you want to eat well and quickly, this is the place. Good value for money.

19/10/2025: I ordered takeout.... Super friendly, excellent service... The food arrived still hot and delicious. The dessert, whose name I can't remember (a revisited cake with apple jam), was truly excellent! Congratulations. Average/high price.

15/10/2025: I had an aperitif with my child who is lactose intolerant. I really appreciated that when we were asked if we wanted appetizers, we were also asked if we had allergies, intolerances, or were vegan. They then brought us a small plate of appetizers especially for him, separate from the others to avoid contamination. A truly kind gesture. We will definitely be back!

10/11/2025: You can't give 0 stars, otherwise you deserve it. Last night, something happened to me that's never happened in a restaurant before... while I was waiting for pizza with friends and children, we were reprimanded by the owner for making a racket inside the restaurant, as if we were criminals. The kind owner was laughing among himself, out of respect for all the other customers who were present at the time. To find people these days who still laugh and enjoy being in company, especially with what's around these days, to treat a family with small children like that... rest assured, you'll never see us again.

09/04/2025: unfortunately a very long wait... arrived at 11.50... served at 1.40... there were 3 of us, 2 served half an hour early, the third ate alone.... it wasn't very full... but poor organization... the reservation made had not been marked... endless wait even for the coffee that we decided to take at home...

13/11/2025: 🍷 Trattoria Il Ghiottone – Authentic Brescian Cuisine, Like It Used to Be Trattoria Il Ghiottone is a typical Brescian family-run restaurant, a bit dated but always clean and tidy, with that authentic, old-fashioned atmosphere. The dishes are truly exquisite: the tagliatelle with mushrooms and the risottos made by Mamma are fantastic, absolutely worth trying at least once! The casoncelli are also excellent, especially the ones with pumpkin and amaretto. The portions are generous and the prices are more than fair. The menu is still dictated verbally, as they used to be—a detail that makes the experience even more authentic. The service is friendly and familiar, making you feel truly at home. I've been there several times, and each time it's a guaranteed success. Highly recommended! 🍽️

22/11/2025: I returned to Al Porticciolo after a year. The location remains truly exceptional, practically on the lakeshore. The service has improved significantly, with the staff even more helpful and competent. The menu is even more extensive, the dishes beautiful to look at, but above all, delicious to taste. These are ancient dishes revisited with a modern twist. The desserts are also truly delicious; you can tell the people behind them are skilled, passionate, and use excellent products. I highly recommend it.

15/11/2025: I confess: I was supposed to go to the trattoria next door, but it was closed, and after a five-hour drive, I was so hungry I couldn't get back in the car. I'm so grateful to the owner of the trattoria for deciding to go on vacation because I discovered this place, which is definitely worth a second visit. I wasn't thrilled with the fried octopus, but the pasta, ladies and gentlemen, was exceptional. Spaghetti allo scoglio and linguine with clams were perfect for mopping up the pasta. The Gragnano pasta was cooked perfectly; after all, the owners (if I'm not mistaken) are from Campania and don't let themselves be influenced by the tastes of German tourists who prefer overcooked pasta. 😜 Also a mention for the attentive service and the guy who served us, who was super kind.
