22/09/2025: We visited Antica Hosteria Cavallino and had a truly enjoyable experience. We tried high-quality seafood dishes, with a distinct Sardinian flavour. Fregua Sarda Senatore Capelli creamed with shellfish (lobster and red shrimp): creamy, balanced, and rich in flavour. Gran Trionfo di Crustacei del Mediterraneo alla Catalana: a spectacular and generous dish, perfect for those who love the authentic flavours of the sea. A delicious Sardinian Vermentino paired the meal, fresh and aromatic, which perfectly complemented the dishes. To conclude, a delicious warm ravioli filled with citrus custard and basil ice cream: an original and well-executed dessert. The location is private and welcoming, the atmosphere intimate and refined. The staff was courteous and friendly, helping make the evening even more enjoyable. The dishes are of a high standard, and the quality is evident, even if the prices are a bit above average. Overall, however, it's worth it for those seeking refined seafood cuisine with a strong Sardinian identity. The house myrtle liqueur is offered at the end. Always appreciated.

14/09/2025: Impeccable service, the restaurant was certainly elegant, with a splendid view of the lake despite being there in winter. The first courses were not bad, and the plating was very attentive. The second courses and salad were less so: the vegetable base and the portions were too small, which didn't go well with the price. The flavors were good. The petit fours were appreciated. Perhaps a smaller disparity between the prices and portions of the second courses would have made the bill more reasonable.

26/09/2025: A small, welcoming, and friendly bar in Adro. The staff is very friendly, cheerful, and helpful! They serve a variety of appetizers to satisfy everyone's tastes. They also offer gluten-free and lactose-free packaged desserts (a very good brand). A special shout-out to bartender Rebecca!
