10/07/2026: If you're in Valle Sabbia or just passing through the mountains, Trattoria Croce Bianca in Nozza is a must-see. This historic establishment (open since 1913) is the perfect blend of family hospitality and top-quality cuisine. I tried their homemade pasta dishes and was blown away: the pappardelle were fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. The braised beef was also sublime, melting in your mouth like cream, paired with an excellent selection of wines. To top it off, the homemade tiramisu is a true treat for the palate. The small but intimate restaurant, with meticulous attention to detail, is managed impeccably by the owner and her staff: courteous, professional, and always eager to make you feel at home. Excellent value, and the location is convenient for easy parking. I'll definitely be back!
