12/10/2025: + The space is beautiful and refined, everything feels new. The food is good (though not amazing) - the linguine with clams was average, a little bland, the octopus was great and the seared salmon was good. The tiramisu is one of the best I've had in Italy. We managed (in October) to get a table without a reservation (on a Saturday night). - The service was inattentive and a bit rushed - being tourists we weren't as well dressed as the other customers, there were 2 mistakes in our orders (drinks and dessert). A note: it was Saturday night and the restaurant was very crowded, which may have impacted the quality of service. At 9 pm the noise made it impossible to talk. A bit expensive in terms of quality/price ratio. It tries to be a refined restaurant, but on a Saturday night it didn't succeed, considering the quality of the food, the service and the noise.

05/10/2025: A top-notch restaurant in Ponte Caffaro, nestled between two rivers. It has a terrace in a beautiful garden with views of the surrounding mountains. The food here is always delicious and very special. The wine is delicious, and the service is also excellent. We dined here in 2024, this time indoors because the weather wasn't great. The atmosphere inside was also lovely. This time we had 1kg of mussels (sauté di Cozze) to share as a starter, which was superb. Then we had Raviolini di Brasato and Bracioline di cervo (venison chops). Everything was equally delicious. We'll be back next year. Thank you. We also enjoyed it twice in 2025: once a delicious lunch with Italian friends, and a few days later a superb dinner.

07/10/2025: All the staff are kind, the service is excellent, the atmosphere is beautiful, and I myself tried the coffee in some of the bars as much as possible. As for the Roma Cafe, it tastes beautiful, and I would like to thank them for the good treatment of me and my friends.

15/03/2026: A hotel that has seen better days. The receptionist was lovely. But there's no staff to help you with luggage, etc. Its central location is its best asset. Very, very outdated. But clean and inexpensive. The 5-star rating is an illusion.

06/03/2026: An unfortunate situation, to say the least! I booked a room on February 11, 2026, for the night of February 20/21, 2026. They asked me for a credit card as a guarantee, and so far, everything is as usual! On February 21, 2026, before leaving the hotel, I paid for the room with a debit card (so the charge was debited the same day, to MY bank account, and obviously credited to THEIR bank account at the same time—visible on a simple bank statement). As of today, March 6, 2026, the hold on my credit card—the one used as a guarantee (February 11, 2026)—still exists on the room amount. I asked for explanations, but the answers were all evasive and perfunctory. It doesn't seem like much to me! It's never happened to me! First time! Not a 5-star hotel, and then absolutely... the bed still has springs!

01/01/2026: Welcoming restaurant with a truly friendly owner. We celebrated New Year's Eve with truly high-quality dishes and exquisite, perfectly cooked food. The staff and waitresses were friendly. We will be back. Compliments for everything, the location, the food, and the friendliness you sense as soon as you enter.

03/03/2026: The croissants are undoubtedly fragrant, buttery, and as good as French ones. The various fillings are also good, and the coffee is good too. The place is spacious and clean, with a modern style. The staff is friendly and fast, but appropriately so. From my point of view, it's a place that aims to appeal to a select clientele, not a working-class one.

22/02/2026: Always good, although I've noticed a sharp increase in prices lately. I hope it's due to the high rents, because I understand the constant increases in raw materials, but the prices here are high despite the quality. About that, I have nothing to say; I love them.

18/11/2025: An "old-fashioned" trattoria, as they say, without frills but with plenty of substance. A simple setting, friendly service. Classic appetizers of cured meats, pickles, and julienned fried vegetables, generous amounts of ravioli, boiled cured meats and tongue, grilled ribs, chicken, and salami, and finally dessert, coffee, and an after-dinner drink. Water and wine. Twenty-two people at the table, everyone satisfied. Reservations recommended.

22/01/2026: A 1990s-style location with two small rooms and a large hall with a wooden ceiling. Excellent service with friendly and attentive staff. I ordered the fixed business menu. €12.50, including drinks and coffee. I had orecchiette with tomato sauce, beef bites and peas, and meatballs with tomato sauce and a side of boiled vegetables. Everything was delicious and plentiful. I'd like to return for dinner to try their very inviting fish menu. Highly recommended.
