09/11/2025: I went to La Sosta last night with some friends, a place we know well and which has always given us so many emotions, something that, alas, didn't happen last night. Last night was a special evening for this historic restaurant, which after many years no longer sees Mr. Aldo welcoming customers; however, outside the door we found the new manager, not welcoming us, but smoking. Once inside, after a decidedly perfunctory greeting devoid of any formality or introduction, he hastily put out his cigarette and asked us the name we had left for the reservation. Then he began repeatedly scanning the table layout without finding us, at which point Giampy finally appeared and escorted us to our table. But let's get to the menu. Forget the abundance of food from before, a minimal offering, not to mention more. Appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts all condensed into two measly pages. The amuse-bouche (for those unfamiliar with it, it's the free appetizer offered by the chef at the beginning of the meal) was cut from the rest of the menu, as were the small pastries accompanying dessert. Let's get to the dishes: The bread - definitely too dry The veal with tuna sauce - good, well presented, and well revisited The cotechino - always one of the restaurant's signature dishes (last night it was off the menu) had nothing to do with the cotechino we usually eat; crudely made, accompanied by purées and pickled radicchio (which had nothing to do with this traditional dish). The rose cake with zabaglione - small but good, even if the zabaglione wasn't there I'll end by telling this anecdote because it's incredible. At the register, we asked the new manager to split the bill between three so that each couple could pay their share; The absurd thing was that we had to do the division for him because even though he had his calculator with him, he couldn't tell us how much each couple should pay. We had to repeat the amount to enter on the POS for the second couple because he couldn't remember, and in this circumstance he told us (yes, but don't be a professor, eh?). Finally, last but not least, the couple who paid in cash, since they didn't have change, instead of giving them two euros off, he charged them three more. I forgot, he didn't even ask us if we'd like a liqueur, and when he told us "everything went well," he didn't even listen to our answer as if he wasn't interested. If this is the premise, I can only express my nostalgia for the old management.

18/04/2025: I came from Latina to visit this legendary place. You won't find a bar like this even in the best constellations. A warm atmosphere, soft lighting, and coffee that smells like home—or perhaps a dream. The place is meticulously curated, every detail designed to make you feel special, as if you were sipping a cappuccino right among the stars. And then... the owner's son. Breathtakingly handsome, but without being pretentious: friendly, kind, and with a smile that could make you forget even the worst day. If there were a degree in charm, he would have graduated with honors. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a break from reality—or maybe even a little love.

17/11/2025: The delivery guy is really kind. Despite the pouring rain, he brought our pizza to our door. The pizza is light and super digestible. It's the only one I can finish. We'll definitely order from them again.

29/10/2025: We had one of the best pasta dishes ever here! The pasta is homemade and absolutely delicious. We highly recommend this trattoria! We even went out of our way just to have the tagliatelle ai funghi again.

18/09/2025: Pasta with radicchio and salted ricotta (the quantity pictured), a quarter of a glass of white wine on tap, and bread and a cover charge. Lunchtime, €18.50. The dessert menu is interesting.

29/07/2025: April 14, 2025, I was on vacation and went to this pizzeria. What can I say? You tell me. There was a girl who was coughing constantly everywhere. Okay, it was a dry cough, but oh well, if you're sick, you stay home or get grandma's herbal tea! You don't just cough on pizza and potato chips! If the girl doesn't scold me, next time I'll give you a three-star rating instead of five!

09/11/2025: This hotel is located in the heart of San Colombano. The owners are friendly and cheerful, and offer simple, carefully prepared cuisine. I highly recommend stopping here when you're passing through the area.
