12/01/2026: Unforgettable experience. We stayed at this wonderful property and it was all magical. The room was spacious and modern, yet some original details (doors, beams, and exposed brick) were retained. The location with a panoramic view left us speechless. My 3-year-old daughter had a blast with the animals and in the outdoor play area. The restaurant serves fresh, local products. The cuisine was also excellent. Impeccable service. Kindness and attentiveness are the right words to describe the entire staff. A special compliment to the owner, who conveys his passion for his entire property. I'll conclude by saying that the prices are also reasonable. We can't wait to return!

28/12/2025: The food was fantastic, the menu was well-chosen, not a long list of dishes. So you know everything is fresh. And the seats are comfortable. Don't expect Michelin stars. But the ambiance is exceptional.

09/02/2026: The Sicilian-style pizza is delicious. Thick crust and plenty of toppings. The food is also very good, with the delicious pasta alla norma standing out among the traditional dishes. The location is also beautiful and welcoming.

13/03/2026: We stayed in room 268, which faces the street. We travel a lot, and this was the WORST room we've ever stayed in. Soundproofing is nonexistent! There was noise all night long, both from the street (people talking, cars, and motorcycles) and from the hotel hallway itself, where other guests are passing by. You can hear everything. You don't sleep a wink all night! It was awful! The furniture (chair, table, wardrobe) in the room is basic, unsuitable for a hotel; the bed is a hard board (although it is huge), and the shower is excessively small, impossible for a tall person to use. I imagine the rooms facing that street have the same noise problem, so if you can avoid it, don't choose those rooms; choose ones facing the interior garden. I read reviews from other guests of this same hotel, and it seems like we stayed in different hotels, which makes me even more outraged that they gave us that room. Avoid room 268. I will definitely NEVER return to this hotel.

The starters were delicious, the lasagna as a first course was exciting, and the Florentine steak was a dream, followed by crispy and exhilarating canticcini with espresso! 01/02/2026: I'll start by saying that I'm rating my experience based on my reservation on The Fork with a 50% discount on food. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The place is well-heated and the tables are spaced apart. The food is good, the presentation could be improved, but what matters is the quality and deliciousness, and there was no shortage of both. We ordered two first courses and a fried seafood platter, two glasses of wine, a bottle of water (€3), and a coffee (€3), for a total of €50. The prices would be high in my opinion without the discount, but with the discount, I'd say everything is perfect: quality, size, and deliciousness. There are about eight private parking spaces in front of the restaurant.

25/01/2026: Not a great experience. The place is very small, with tables quite close together, and it was cold; we mentioned this, and I noticed that this was a concern noted in other reviews, including the bathrooms. Furthermore, the rechargeable table lamp was out of power. Service was slow: a single waiter managed the entire room, with occasional support from another person who was mostly busy in the kitchen. We waited a long time both to order and to receive the bread, as well as between courses. The cover charge was €3 per person with paper napkins. House water was served in bottles refilled by the restaurant at €3 per bottle, which I found a bit high. Additional bread was available for €1. We didn't order wine, but the glasses were left on the table anyway. The staff was friendly, however. There was one small, unpleasant incident: there was a hair in my companion's appetizer. The dish was replaced with appropriate apologies, but by then my appetizer had already arrived, and to avoid eating separately, we had to split the courses. The food was average. I wasn't satisfied with the sbrisolona for dessert, either because of the dessert itself or the zabaglione cream that accompanied it. Overall, without the TheFork discount, I wouldn't recommend it.

12/02/2026: Dinner with colleagues, good pizza, but a bit small. The waitress who took our dessert orders should have told them all, but instead she told some colleagues different ones, so there was some confusion with the orders. Very nice and clean atmosphere. I'll be back; overall, a lovely evening.

25/01/2026: I've been to this little place and I think it's overrated🤷🏻‍♂️The pastry shop is decent, but nothing exceptional and everything is overpriced. There's an incredible queue to get served, but on the other hand, they're extremely stingy with smiles! Will we be back? Absolutely not!

21/02/2026: Two huge "screens" and there's no game on. I waited an hour to order and still no one has arrived. It's too hot. They don't make Americano, and if you ask, they'll tell you it's off the menu, but they have the ingredients. I asked at the counter for my order, but they never came. Limited selection of beers, and none of them are quality. Now they've come to take my order, but I'm wondering whether to order a second round already; I might not get a second chance.

08/03/2026: A gem on Lake Iseo. We discovered this place by chance, after winning a dinner, but we were so pleased with it, so much so that we've already been back, and it's become one of our favorite places. The location is very charming and well-kept, a fusion of wood and modernity, with outdoor seating, ample parking, easy to get to, and strategically located close to the lakeside walkway. The staff is very attentive, kind, and friendly; they know how to make you feel at home. The menu is extensive (both meat and fish) and very refined, with dishes that are both beautiful and delicious, with unusual yet well-chosen and delicious combinations. The pizza is also fantastic, with fresh ingredients and a masterfully leavened dough, plenty of bubbles, and very light. The price is average for restaurants of this caliber, nothing prohibitive, but above all justified by the quality of the dishes and service. They often host events and evenings with very fun entertainment; for those looking for an alternative evening with friends, this is the perfect option. Highly recommended place and we'll definitely be back soon 😋
