14/02/2026: I just went for a beer with my partner here. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean, and the waiters were quick and professional. The food was nothing special. The welcome was terrible; the two old men at the bar were more suited to a funeral service than a public place, and the first thing he made a point of pointing out (despite the establishment being a typical German stube) was that the kitchen wasn't open yet. I understand it's Saturday and Valentine's Day, but if you can't even offer a decent, smiling welcome at the bar in a public place, consider doing something else!

07/03/2026: Very good food, very nice atmosphere, but the whole room smelled of garlic. A word of advice: don't go on special days or anniversaries because they raise the menu prices. They even rewrite the new menu for the event with the same dishes as the regular menu, raising them by 3-5 euros depending on the dish. We asked for a pas dose and they gave me a Satèn as if they were dealing with someone who didn't know much about wine. The bill was very high for a restaurant like this. The meat was very good, for two people: 3 glasses of wine, 2 meat dishes, 2 desserts, 1 coffee, and 1 liqueur = €145.

Aside from the stunning lakeside location, the service is efficient and friendly, and Chef Carlo Spina's cuisine is astonishing in its flavor, creativity, and careful selection of ingredients. Refined dishes, top-quality ingredients, friendly staff, and impeccable service made my boyfriend's birthday lunch perfect. P.S., the dessert trolley is the real highlight! A culinary experience I would repeat!

06/01/2026: Today, my wife and I, instead of going to Acquariva for lunch, decided to try this restaurant in the center of Brescia. The location is beautiful and refined, the food excellent, and the dessert bar truly delicious. An excellent experience, we'll definitely be back.

15/03/2026: The location isn't exceptional, but it's well-maintained and clean. Service is average. The staff is friendly and helpful. We opted for the full "Share" tasting menu. The ingredients, despite often being locally sourced (which I usually appreciate), aren't harmoniously combined and properly showcased. The vegetable flavors are often overpowered by the seasonings. We found the dishes to be very fatty and generally overly flavorful. One dish in particular was overly salty. The very kind waiter asked if we wanted the dish remade, which we appreciated but declined. The rose cake was cloying and terribly full of melted butter. In France, they use butter extensively but don't overpower it. Overall, the combinations were timid and showed little respect for the ingredients. Compared to other tastings, in our opinion, the expense wasn't worth it.

14/03/2026: A set menu of exceptional quality. The farm-fresh vegetables are delicious and expertly prepared. The goat butter is excellent. The wine selection is very good. The dishes are superb. Expensive, but worth the price. The goat farm is very clean: the level of care given to the animals is truly remarkable. Top-notch.

18/11/2025: I felt right at home! The owner is very kind; she'll welcome you and make you feel truly at home. The food is delicious, but it's a shame I was working during business hours and couldn't try the wine, which they have a large selection of. The desserts were really good, so much so that I even complimented the owner. The dessert was also really good. Fairly priced. Recommended 🩷

I'll start by saying that everything was very good, but the service was really bad. When I read the menu, they didn't mention the char main course (which I'd heard other tables mention), and when I asked, "But the char?" "It's sold out" (opening at 12, request at 12:15), I ordered something else, but I still heard it being offered at other tables. I'll move on... final question, dessert? "No," I answer, "we only serve it to regulars for convenience and speed." Sorry, I'm not a regular, but I pay anyway, so why the difference? Unsure whether to return again, definitely not for lunch.
