09/11/2025: Unfortunately, it wasn't one of the best experiences: the place was poorly cleaned, the waitresses were inexperienced and not very elegant, the sfogliatini wasn't bad, but the tagliolini were unsalted, and the bread was inedible!

07/10/2025: We stopped at this lovely little restaurant by chance, thanks to a traffic jam on the SS42.
We were the only guests, one midday before Ferragosto (August 15th), and we received a special welcome, pleasantly entertained by Mauro.
We enjoyed excellent raw mushrooms with carpaccio (delicious), tagliatelle with porcini sauce (superb!), and fried and sautéed mushrooms (superlative!).
A place we'll definitely return to.

12/10/2025: We chose Colmetto to celebrate our son's Confirmation and First Communion. We had a wonderful time, both with the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff and with the culinary selection. Riccardo amazed us with his dishes. High-quality ingredients transformed into an explosion of flavor for our palates. The meat was atomic, melting in our mouths. Thank you!
11/10/2025: Prices were too high, the sharing menu was almost obligatory, dishes were brought so quickly that they would have stuffed a turkey down the middle until dessert,
then a long wait for coffee and the bill. The wait staff were professional but lacked enthusiasm and empathy. It's a shame because despite the excellent food and ingredients, I won't be returning, nor do I recommend it. A real shame.

21/09/2025: Located a little ways down a back street, you can enjoy a quiet meal. They serve rare ingredients and everything was delicious.
20/09/2025: A - at times - extraordinary experience when it comes to food.
Since we're open to anything, we tried a few things. Unfortunately, the standard dishes: duck breast and lamb chops, were a bit overcooked and rather unspectacular.
Perhaps our expectations were too high?

The place was cold. When I asked, they told us to keep our jackets on.
The dishes arrived cold. The service was poor.
The quality too. I won't be back.
26/10/2025: I've only been to this place twice, but the staff is friendly and the food is very good.
The first time I was there, everything was perfect, but the second time the service was very slow; it took a long time between ordering and the food arriving at the table. I still recommend this place because the food is good!

14/11/2025: A more traditional place than others that lean more towards aesthetics and commercialism. On a Friday night, it's not crowded, so it's much easier to chat with the people at the table. The atmosphere is very welcoming and gives a sense of tranquility.
The food is very good, and above all, the staff is super friendly and kind.
26/10/2025: Excellent Chinese/Japanese restaurant, friendly and courteous service. Lunch, dinner, or takeout available.
