Trattoria la Fiasca In Sirmione

We spent Easter 2026 on Sirmione and found La Fiasca on our first night, we loved the ambience, the food was delicious, especially the superb lamb chops and of course the red wine. We liked it so much, we visited three times, so obviously would very much recommend everyone to try it out. Thank you guys, we really loved your restaurant.

Wonderful food, very nice atmosphere

A very formal trattoria, with high-end restaurant service, but affordable prices. We were truly delighted with the food, which was truly exceptional and unique. I recommend the eel risotto, which was exquisite. The fried fish was well-prepared (with a mix of fish and vegetables), and the mixed lake appetizer was also worth it. Service was formal but very courteous and friendly.

Nice relaxed place with a top notch menu. A good option to escape the many tourist traps nearby. We had great pasta with seafood and a well cooked meat cut. Dessert was average but everything else was flavorful.

As is often the case, it's best to venture away from the touristy areas with views to find a good restaurant. This is the case here; located a little further back, in a small alley, this unpretentious trattoria serves beautiful, simple but high-quality dishes. I recommend it.

La Fiasca has become a flop. Despite its name, it's a restaurant through and through (it's now expanded into a space across the street, also a wine bar). The somewhat snobbish atmosphere, the pseudo-refined menu, and the lackluster service aren't exactly trattoria-like, and neither are the prices, which have now risen even further, while the portions are getting smaller and the menu is changing. €18 for a small square of trout without sauce and two lettuce leaves? Twenty euros for five tortelli? Lake fish now completely absent from the menu except for a few dishes (for example, whitefish has been removed)? A €3.50 cover charge without even a lake view? I really think this is the last time we'll dine here. The location is small and always quite noisy, the waiters are indifferent, and the owner is unfriendly and incapable of interacting with the public. N.B.: This activity is not pet-friendly and is not suitable for families with children, large groups, or tourists.

Recommended by our hotel staff, and it turned out to be a great choice! The food was delicious. the lake fish served with polenta felt really special and ever had it before. The staff were very attentive, anticipating our needs without us having to ask, yet never intrusive The bread basket is nice touch too

Everything was delicious :). The fish, pasta, wine, and dessert were simply perfect. Highly recommended!!

Everything very good, atmosphere, food and service

Oh wow. It was delicious! I definitely recommend it. The shrimp were delicious. The fish from Garda was delicious. Dessert... the lemon sorbet with prosciutto was fabulous. And a glass of Lugana to top it all off. I'll definitely be back when I'm in Sirmione. Delicious place, friendly service.
