Friendly staff and excellent quality. Very clean. Wonderful bathrooms. Excellent for business lunches at 16 euros, including a full menu on Saturdays.

Excellent value for money, choice of one dish + vegetable buffet + drink + coffee for €12. The staff, however, weren't very attentive or responsive, but we still thoroughly enjoyed the meal!

Perfect, they do fixed-price lunches from Monday to Saturday...the vegetable buffet is excellent and the internal environment is tidy and air-conditioned...not for nothing are there trucks parked outside

I spent a wonderful evening at Renato's restaurant. But my attention was drawn to the scialatelli allo scoglio. The peaches were incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and generously portioned, just the way I like them. The friendliness and warmth are always there, and I'll definitely be back to try the other delicacies I saw at other tables. The price was average. Well done, keep it up!

Excellent restaurant. I had the pleasure of trying the fixed-price business lunch menu. A varied vegetable buffet, including some unique condiments. A varied selection of first and second courses, both meat and seafood. Excellent value, very good food, and generous portions. I will definitely be back.

21/07/2026: I thank Laura and the entire Salamensa team for making my graduation dinner special. Laura designed a menu for my guests that turned out to be excellent and suitable for all tastes.
18/07/2026: We had a graduation dinner, and it was amazing. Laura's attention was sublime, and the food was truly fantastic. The waiters were also excellent, with their courtesy and helpfulness.

03/08/2026: A clean and tidy trattoria serving typical trattoria fare, cooked to perfection. The appetizers were good, the horse steak was good, the fillet steak with porcini mushrooms (frozen) was so-so, served rare without asking for your preferred cooking style. The mini Milanese cutlet with fries was too oily; they served the water when it was hot, but they remedied it by serving ice. The wait staff was friendly and unobtrusive. We were bothered by flies during dinner; I would advise the owner to address this shortcoming. Prices are average. We'll be back for lunch to try other dishes.
26/07/2026: Passing by on our way back to Bologna, we never stopped for a "blessed" stop. The food was fantastic, truly, and the service was amazing. Well done, well done, and still well done. Keep it up. Suuuupertop
