30/03/2026: I spent there a lot of time in the past with my teammates, it has been and still is part of my life. The food even improved over the years now that Davide, last but hopefully not least generation, took over. Lunch with workers or evening with whoever you like. Top! Thank you guys for the usual warm welcoming and for preserving the old " ricette bresciane". On top of every other delicious dishes that represents Italy I thank you all for preserving your smile and make me feel home all the time. ....and let's not forget the fantastic collections of, grappe, French Cognac and Island whisky that you can barely find anywhere else.

29/03/2026: A rustic place, a classic Brescian trattoria, where you can eat and drink very well. The young staff serve you quickly and accurately. The pre-made menus are relatively inexpensive, while the à la carte menu is a little more expensive, but I'd say it's fair considering the quality of the food! SE MAIA È SA BEF BE There was also a friendly musician with an acoustic guitar playing background music.

17/02/2026: The food is amazing, especially the fish, but the pizzas are also delicious (they even have Neapolitan pizza). The place is quite large but unfortunately, it's poorly decorated. It's probably because I'm young and prefer modern things, but the decor is stuck in the '80s. I recommend this place especially to anyone who wants to eat fish 🐟.

15/12/2025: A truly unique and positive experience. The presentation of each dish was incredible, and the pairings were incredible! The ingredients were absolutely top-quality. Impeccable and attentive service, and the location was very intimate and welcoming. We each had four buffets, plus dessert and a bottle of the recommended, very good wine. We were very full and satisfied. The menu and the order in which the dishes were served (the order is chosen by the chef based on what's ordered) were intriguing and delightful. The price was absolutely in line with the quality found throughout the restaurant. We'll definitely be back!

10/12/2025: On our way back from the weekend, we were in the area to buy wine at a winery where we usually stock up, and we tried to make a quick reservation at this restaurant, which we only knew by reputation from the TV show "4 Ristoranti." We really liked the "buffet" format, as it gave two people the chance to try a good portion of the dishes on offer. The dishes were beautifully presented, tasty, and a blend of various flavors. I was pleasantly surprised by the catfish, which I had never eaten before, and the pigeon, which was a spectacle. Excellent wine selection and fair price.

11/03/2026: Delicious, fresh products, a wide selection. But I'm curious: how did they come to charge the same price for a pizza topping (plain, just tomato) as a pistachio arancini? Let me explain: since both are the same price, I think the arancini are undervalued, especially due to the use of ingredients that seem high-quality to me. I also thought it was due to the rising time, the good flour, and the good tomatoes, but I don't think that's the reason. I'm really curious, in fact, I keep coming back! 😊

05/03/2026: Amazing food, especially the arancini bolognese and the mortadella sandwich 😍 The staff was so open, kind, and welcoming, and the woman who served us shocked me with her caring attitude. I would definitely come back here — not for the lake, but for this place. Thanks for this experience 🙂

22/03/2026: The starters were good, the first courses were good but sometimes some courses weren't fresh. We tried the casoncelli and they were dry, they couldn't be cut. The food wasn't bad but it wasn't delicate and was very heavy.

20/03/2026: Super nice servers. You get shared dining with all kinds of different dishes to share, but it is definitely highly recommended. The food was also really, really delicious.

18/03/2026: Clean and welcoming atmosphere, friendly and professional staff. A pleasant experience, the restaurant is modern, bright, airy, clean, and pleasant. The pizza is truly delicious and easy to digest, made with excellent, fresh, and high-quality ingredients. We visited on Sunday for lunch, with a table of about 10 people. On Sundays, there are special menus called the EVENT MENU or the LIGHT MENU. For a lunch break, Baffo is second to none. A large buffet of side dishes and desserts, first and second courses, all excellent, generous portions, and a more than fair price.

Delicious food, excellent wines, a refined atmosphere that manages to combine tradition and modernity, dining room kitchen, and an owner whose kindness, gallantry, and presence alone would be worth the price of the dinner. A fantastic evening.

05/10/2025: Friendly and quick, the pizza was very light and the dough was excellent, with plenty of toppings without being heavy. The pizza breadsticks with toppings were a welcome addition. Highly recommended.

27/03/2026: I hate to say it, but the service at this place is some of the lowest I've ever seen. A very long wait to take your order, confusion when taking it, and the order arrived and then was wrong. Excessive prices, especially considering the quality of the food. I think they should revise the menu, because they want to do everything and more, and they don't really specialize in anything. If you're a pub, you're a pub, not a restaurant, because you can't do it. The bill was incredibly high, but what I didn't like, besides the quality of the food, was the service.

11/11/2025: A brand new hotel. Very well designed and run by very kind people. What more can I say? Nothing... it sets an excellent standard and makes us feel right at home.

09/11/2025: A beautiful hotel in Edolo's main square. The rooms were recently renovated, with excellent taste and functionality. Simone is a truly special person, kind and available to solve any problems. I always gladly return whenever I have the opportunity.

24/01/2026: Il Corsaro Pizzeria Ristorante (Bovezzo) is a lovely discovery, and it's immediately obvious: Manuela, the owner, gives the place a distinct character, characterized by genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and a direct yet always pleasant approach. You can sense the presence of the management: attentive service, well-timed meals, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel good from start to finish. We had a full dinner: pizza, beers, and dessert, and we left truly satisfied. Well-made and tasty pizzas, spot-on beers, and desserts round out the evening perfectly. A simple yet refined place, where you eat well and feel at ease. A special mention also goes to the young, friendly, and helpful waitress, who contributes to the evening's positive atmosphere. We'll gladly return.

08/03/2026: Perfect!! We waited a bit at the entrance, "without a reservation", but basically everything was beyond our expectations! Food perfect Service perfect People perfect For us 100%.

21/02/2026: I took my daughter out for pizza for a friend's birthday. There were six of us, thinking we were on the safe side. We've been getting pizza there for years, both dine-in and takeout. But all six of us had a stomach ache all night, and our takeout order was truly awful, both in terms of ingredients and dough. I hate to write this review, but the pizza has been going downhill for a while. As for the first and second courses, I can't comment because I haven't had them. Except for Christmas Eve dinner on December 31st, but I won't comment because it doesn't even deserve a single star. Guys, do something to improve, and we'll definitely be back.

31/03/2026: I went on Sunday with our group, and despite the packed house, the young and very friendly staff did their best to serve us as soon as possible. We sampled local specialties and were all satisfied.
