Perfect from start to finish! The experience is designed in half portions so you can sample the various dishes on the menu, all excellent and complemented by amuse-bouche and small pastries. Kudos to the service, which is truly impeccable: informal yet meticulously prepared, friendly, and professional. It's definitely worth treating yourself to an experience here.

I went there on Saturday with my boyfriend, and we used a gift card.
We really appreciated the bold flavors of the dishes, especially the great attention to detail.
The accompanying wine was truly excellent; it was an experience we will definitely repeat.
I want to compliment the waiter who welcomed us and led us on this journey of flavors. He was truly friendly and sociable, and made us feel at ease right away.
I found the place very beautiful, a very quiet and private place.
I highly recommend trying it. ❣️

I chose this restaurant almost by chance during a visit to the Franciacorta wineries. I was pleasantly surprised by their "Buffetti" concept and must commend their commitment and courage in making a gourmet choice that prioritizes modern cuisine without neglecting tradition and showcasing exquisite ingredients. The service was impeccable, attentive, and friendly. The location was excellent. Prices were reasonable. I highly recommend it and will return if necessary.

The atmosphere is very charming, the waiter was extremely courteous and had an excellent knowledge of wines. We stopped for a glass of wine, and I'd say we should return for dinner. The only thing I could improve on is the service; it needs to be a little more present outside. But overall, it's excellent.

A rare gem. From the service to the skill with which each ingredient is handled, a place worth visiting and savoring, every course. The best pigeon I've ever tasted, finally not French-style, but with a distinctly Italian character, courtesy of the embers and the chefs' experience: melt-in-your-mouth, complex, and rare without spilling a drop. The vegetarian dishes? Fragrant and bold, delicious and indulgent. Thanks guys, a memorable birthday in a place without a star but certainly worthy of one. See you soon.

This has undoubtedly made it into my top 5. You can immediately sense the genuine research behind every dish: technique, balance, and great attention to detail. The use of CBT is simply perfect, with precise cooking methods that fully enhance the ingredients without ever overpowering them.
The beverage offerings were also top-notch: the food was excellent, with thoughtful offerings that matched the experience. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service was attentive yet natural, and the overall feeling of authentic, uncontrived quality was palpable.
One of those places that, upon leaving, makes you want to recommend.

A "fresh" restaurant, with carefully prepared and elegant dishes, featuring flavors that blend perfectly. We ordered five "Buffetti" to share; the choice was difficult because the menu was so appealing. The staff was courteous and attentive, but the explanation of the wines was somewhat overlooked (we could have asked for it ourselves). Overall, the restaurant is excellent, from the concept to the cuisine.
