Cadebasi Franciacorta In Erbusco

We stopped by more out of curiosity than hunger. We were visiting wineries in Franciacorta and passing by, knowing the fame gained in the "four restaurants" program, we decided to stop. The place is very nice, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The explanation of the dishes is already a journey in itself. The dishes really are. When we say eating with our eyes: the "Buffetti" are presented with harmony and elegance. The flavors of the dishes are balanced and tasty. I will be back this time for a full dinner and not just for a small taste.

Intrigued by the well-known television program in which he was the protagonist, I had lunch in this place. From the moment of booking, the service was professional and friendly at the same time. The environment is well looked after, quite quiet, welcoming, perhaps not very bright. Food is a sensorial overview of tastes, combinations, textures and ideas. The price perfectly suited to the offer. I would like to go back tomorrow.

Informal but refined environment similar to many bistros that can be found in European capitals. The service is careful and attentive, the dishes offer an interesting search for flavors and the fusion of local ingredients with spices and aromas that wink at oriental cuisine. The philosophy of "buffotti" is particular, which is similar to Venetian spunciotti and Spanish tapas, which allows you to take a journey of your choice among many flavours. In the variety of dishes and flavors that you can try, the constant attention to quality and presentation remains. To complete everything, a varied wine list from which Alessandro, the owner, knows how to draw the best to recommend based on the dishes and tastes of the customer. Place promoted with full marks, worth trying!!

We were there for lunch: nice table (there were six of us), large dishes with several vegetarian choices but not only and drank well Franciacorta with labels that were not exactly well known. The owner and staff were diligent and positive: we had a really good time 😊 and we spent the right amount ✅

Very pleasant experience! Wide choice of foods, well balanced and tasty. Since it was my first experience here, I chose, following the restaurant's advice, to try more dishes in small portions, their so-called "Buffetti", therefore I recommend them especially to new customers. The location is very beautiful and elegant and the staff welcoming.

Dopo aver cenato e pranzato in molti ristoranti in provincia di Brescia, posso affermare che questo è il migliore… siamo tornati volendo provare altre specialità, trovando sempre l’ottima ospitalità e piatti unici … seguiamo le novità su Instagram e torneremo sicuramente, sia per rigustare i piatti già provati , sempre degni di nota , che piacevolmente le prossime novità. Una vasta scelta di vini , tutti di ottimo livello e personale preparato ! Complimenti più che meritati al cuoco e tutto lo staff !

Ristorante dove viene proposta cucina Fusion con prodotti di stagione. Il menù si compone di più piatti, che sono piccole porzioni, tipo tapas. Il personale suggerisce di prendere dalle 3 alle 5 portate. Il personale, professionale e gentile ti guida nella scelta dei piatti e del vino da abbinare e si preoccupa di servire le portate secondo l ordine più idoneo a non perdere i sapori. Ogni piatto è stata un esperienza sensoriale. Acciughe con burro, tartare di cervo, anatra con cachi , spaghetto i al lievito o al tartufo e molto altro. Cantina molto ben fornita. Ambiente accogliente. Location interessante ad Erbusco in Franciacorta.

Difficile fare una recensione per Cadebasi perche' il cibo e' ottimo ed il servizio cortese ma.. c'e' un ma, peraltro segnalato in quasi tutte le recensioni e che tocca la grammatura delle porzioni che, a onor del vero, e' davvero bassa e mi lascia il dubbio se far rientrare cadebasi tra i ristoranti oppure tra i bar/degustazione. Iniziamo dalla qualita' e gusto cibo: ottimo e variato. In particolare io sono vegetariano e a cadebasi si può mangiare vegetariano con soddisfazione e con varieta' di scelta. Il voto e' 10 anche perche' il proprietario sin dalla prenotazione ha chiarito che una buona meta' dei loro piatti e' vegetariana e io dico di grande soddisfazione per il palato. Al servizio do 9. Ottima la cortesia del personale non perfetto il servizio. Non deve essere impeccabile ma qualche sbavatura esiste. Ma 9 e' un voto alto (almeno x me perché di 9 a scuola se ne vedevano pochi pochi pochi 😀 ) La nota, non dico dolente ma che mi lascia dubbioso e' la grammatura dei buffetti: ottimi ti inebriano di gusto finiscono in tre forchettate e rimani li con voglia frustrata di proseguire nel soddisfare il palato. Ero che ne arriva subito un altro di buffetto ma e' diverso e, puo' capitare di rimpiangere il precedente. Preferisco, dopo anni di assaggi e alternanza di gusti, introdotti con la nouvelle cuisine, avere magari una sola portata (ideale e' il menu tre portate) ma con quella essere soddisfatti del gusto. Ma e' una preferenza mia...che non e' obbligo condividere... Pertanto Gusto e qualità del cibo ottimi, possibilita' di scelta ottima, gentilezza e professionalita' ottima... Grammatura:.... 😀 E' comunque da provare come ristorante (o bar/degustazione) sapendo che magari si puo' uscire con ancora "una voglia per soddisfare la gola" ma, di certo, si esce felici del gusto!

Non ricordavo l'andamento della trasmissione Tv e sapevo solo della partecipazione che merita una (o più...) visita a prescindere. Alcune "buffetti" sono veramente strepitosi peccato solo siano piccoli....Alla fine si spende abbastanza però si mangia molto bene.
