No one asked for a business lunch; it's the waitress who decided and offered it to us in a hasty and annoyed manner... then I saw the others ordering other dishes and they had menus to choose from... but that's okay... in a place where you're in a hurry, it's better to be restrained!

16/03/2026: We stopped at this osteria for dinner during a leisurely stroll. The setting is typical of an osteria, with nice, comfortable tables. The food didn't meet expectations, but in particular, the description of the dish on the menu didn't reflect the actual dish. I'm referring to the chicken tagliata with mashed potatoes and brown sauce: only the chicken tagliata arrived, with a side dish ordered separately; there was no sign of the mashed potatoes.
The dessert (penaccini with custard and dark chocolate) was also a bit of a disappointment.
15/03/2026: Despite a small initial hitch, everything was resolved in the best possible way. Friendly service.

08/04/2026: While visiting the island, we had dinner at this beautiful restaurant, featuring a very refined decor. We ate the tasting menu featuring lake fish, with some modifications to my main course due to an allergy. The staff was very helpful with recommendations and substitutions. The food was very good, with a sampling of typical dishes, all accompanied by a good house white wine.
Excellent experience.
24/03/2026: A beautiful, modern, bright atmosphere, well-decorated.
It offers excellent local cuisine with very interesting dishes that are all worth trying, using quality ingredients.
The restaurant also has some outdoor tables, but the large windows offer a beautiful view of the lake even from inside.
Dogs are welcome inside.

20/03/2026: We were there with 7 people, everyone enjoyed the food, and the service was very friendly.
15/03/2026: They welcome dogs. The veranda is comfortable and quiet. Reservations are required. The food was good; we had meat. I had the hand-cut tartare, which was very good. Then the stewed priest's hat served with two slices of pan-fried ancient grain polenta. Delicious! The meat was tender and flavorful, and I dipped the polenta in the sauce. The house red wine was good. The price was fair. I also saw the very tasty first courses; I'll try them next time. I felt comfortable, the service was courteous. I'll be back.

The decor could be enhanced with tablecloths and ready-made place settings for a touch more. The Galoloco sauce, a parsley mayonnaise, is simple but enjoyable. Prices are average, though a small adjustment would be appreciated. Overall, a great place with a lot of potential—with a few improvements, it could become a top-notch restaurant! Recommended, 4 stars.
01/12/2025: A place that appears well-kept, but with a major problem in its spatial organization. They had seated us at a table next to the walkway, and while I was eating, I kept being brushed by passersby: it wasn't very relaxing.
As for the food, I was disappointed. The crispy (fried) chicken tasted only of oil and was very dry; perhaps it was inevitable that it had to be fried for so long to get crispy, given its size. At least the beer was good.

21/02/2026: We stumbled upon this splendid restaurant by chance, slightly tucked away from the main street. We were immediately captivated by the aroma wafting from the alleyway.
A welcoming atmosphere and very friendly staff.
The small number of tables is a testament to the attention to detail and customer service.
The food was delicious; we tried the trio of first courses, with sophisticated, original, and well-balanced combinations.
The real highlight was the dessert that truly impressed us: exceptional tiramisu and semifreddo.
We highly recommend stopping by; you won't regret it; we'll definitely be back next time we're in the area.
03/02/2026: Excellent restaurant located in a quiet area of Salò. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the dishes are truly well-prepared, with excellent selections of traditional dishes.
Reservations are recommended.
