04/11/2025: I'd read excellent reviews, but the food was average. Very small portions. The food arrives cold from a serving hatch. The boiled vegetable dish I chose as a side dish was excellent...a bit nursing home-style in terms of the plating, but well done. I'm talking about greens, boiled potato, and a few slices of zucchini. The prices are high. The bill is incorrect...I think it was due to a carelessness. I won't be back, too bad.

Snails specialty or traditional menu. Although I've never eaten snails, the snail appetizers offered were exceptional! Dessert: sbrisolona & vaporized grappa, homemade Catalana. Coffee and liqueur (dry grappa, of course). Compliments, highly recommended...

24/11/2025: Always the best in Chinese cuisine! From starters like soy noodles with vegetables to all kinds of main courses. The kindness of the lady at the table is always greatly appreciated.

26/10/2025: A simple yet refined atmosphere, fresh, local, expertly prepared food, and a decent wine list. But above all, the service was prompt and the kindness that's not so common these days. At the end of lunch, we carelessly left our car in the restaurant's parking lot and went for a walk with the dogs. The owner came to look for us in his car and let us know he had to close the gate—very kindly. We'll be back.

25/10/2025: We chose a tasting menu, and one word to describe what we experienced: exceptional!! The welcoming setting, the extremely kind and knowledgeable owners (husband and wife) who immediately made us feel at ease, the quality of the service, and the exquisiteness of each dish, paired with a wine that enhanced their flavors, made this dinner an unforgettable experience.

08/09/2025: As someone who pays a lot of attention to reviews, I don't understand why this gelateria doesn't have higher ratings. The vanilla Amerena lemon crumble ice cream is absolutely fantastic, but the hazelnut ice cream is also highly recommended! Friendly service and large scoops for the price. We went back the day after.

23/10/2025: CARTAPAGLIA – Desenzano After trying three different restaurants in town and feeling completely unimpressed, this place finally exceeded all expectations. The food was absolutely amazing — authentic, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. It was recommended by a local, and I can see why. The location is perfect, easy to find, and the atmosphere adds to the experience — very clean, with new decor and a spacious, comfortable interior. Every detail shows thought and quality. Highly recommend CARTAPAGLIA if you’re looking for a truly authentic meal in Desenzano.
