We've been customers for about five years, and for us, this place is a place close to our hearts. The food surprises you, surprises you, gets under your skin, and gives you something that only La Madia can do. The ingredients are carefully selected, carefully crafted, and sourced from small businesses, and the menu changes seasonally. The staff are exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive to every customer request. The place is meticulously designed; everywhere you turn, you notice that detail, that vintage piece of furniture that screams uniqueness. La Madia remains in your heart, just like that.

We dined on the lake-view terrace, in a romantic atmosphere thanks in part to the candles all around. The menu is primarily fish-based, with a few meat-based options. Excellent food, and a special mention for the pastry shop. Highly recommended.

A unique experience, where every course left me speechless.
Every flavor paired perfectly on the palate, and the only positive response I could have was the clean plate.
A pairing of flavors, even with wine, with a history and a studied research.
There is love and passion, in the kitchen, in the dining room, and in the attention to every detail.

Everything was wonderful!
03/04/2026: We had dinner here in the evening, a group of six. There was outdoor seating; inside would have only accommodated four people or involved a short wait.
The value for money is excellent, the portions arrived faster than we've had in a long time, were generously filled, and very tasty!
We will definitely be back!

01/06/2026: The atmosphere is very charming, the waiter was extremely courteous and had an excellent knowledge of wines. We stopped for a glass of wine, and I'd say we should return for dinner. The only thing I could improve on is the service; it needs to be a little more present outside. But overall, it's excellent.
29/05/2026: A rare gem. From the service to the skill with which each ingredient is handled, a place worth visiting and savoring, every course. The best pigeon I've ever tasted, finally not French-style, but with a distinctly Italian character, courtesy of the embers and the chefs' experience: melt-in-your-mouth, complex, and rare without spilling a drop. The vegetarian dishes? Fragrant and bold, delicious and indulgent. Thanks guys, a memorable birthday in a place without a star but certainly worthy of one. See you soon.

06/05/2026: This restaurant specializes in horse meat, an unusual but definitely interesting offering. I was intrigued by the €5 entrees and immediately wanted to try them to better understand the quality.
I chose egg tagliatelle with horse meat ragù, which was truly tasty and, above all, generous—a portion that far exceeded my expectations, considering the low price.
Next, I had an Angus rib-eye steak, cooked very well, accompanied by very flavorful baked potatoes. I finished with dessert and coffee.
Overall, the bill was very competitive considering the quality and quantity of the dishes offered. An excellent choice for those looking for good meat without breaking the bank.
