01/05/2026: A place for those who want Japanese food, but with a higher quality than the classic all-you-can-eat, slightly larger bites, and fish that tastes fresh and, above all, really good. The cost is ultimately the same as a basic all-you-can-eat for those who don't eat much, and for those who gorge, a slightly more upscale one, so it's worth it in both cases, doubly so because the food is really good. Try the eel nigiri 👌🏻

The highlight was undoubtedly the meat, served perfectly cooked and incredibly succulent and flavorful. The high quality of the ingredients is clearly evident. 20/04/2026: Fantastic reataurant. The little amouse-bouche for aperitivo and dolci were excellent, the staff were incredibly kind, the octopus and lasagna and tiramisu were impeccable. Forget any of the waterfront restaurants - Floriana is the best.

13/04/2026: We went yesterday for lunch. Welcoming staff, very nice dining room and dishes? Congratulations! We had two first courses. What can I say...even the eye wants its part...the dishes are very well prepared, the pasta very good (made by a pasta factory). They also offered us a vegetarian meatball and a homemade focaccia for an entree...my compliments. With the coffee (we really liked their cups) they also brought us some cookies. What can I say? We'll be back. We highly recommend it! The staff is attentive and professional. We complimented the owner, who is a pleasure to talk to. Congratulations to the chefs and all the staff! We'll see you again as soon as we can. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

14/03/2026: A truly disappointing experience. We arrived with our baby in a stroller and, instead of being greeted normally like any other customer, we were placed at a table outside the main dining room, practically in a corner between the entrance door, the fish refrigerator, and the coat check. An uncomfortable, cold, and undignified place to eat, which made us feel distinctly left out just because we had a baby in a stroller. In 2026, it's unacceptable for a family to be treated this way. A restaurant should welcome all customers with respect, not relegate them to a corner as if they were a problem. An experience that unfortunately doesn't make us want to return. Perhaps it would be helpful to remember that a child isn't a nuisance, but simply another customer. PS: I chose to give two stars only because I want this review to be read and seen by as many people as possible. If it were based on the experience I had, the score would have been zero.

03/03/2026: I'm sharing this review for those of us who, like us, chose to organize a business dinner as a social gathering outside of work, but found ourselves having to manage different dietary requirements. We booked several weeks in advance, immediately notifying them that there would be a vegan and a vegetarian at the table. We were assured there would be no problems. Unfortunately, once we arrived at the restaurant, the person in charge of welcoming us seemed clearly struggling to offer suitable alternatives. The result was that one person dined on a simple plate of pasta with tomato sauce and a pumpkin cream soup. Considering that, with a bottle of budget-friendly wine, we spent around €70 each, we would have expected more attention and care, especially after having communicated our needs in advance. The staff was friendly, and we understand that vegan cuisine isn't the restaurant's focus. However, there was a certain superficiality in the handling of our request, both in terms of the variety of options and in relation to the overall cost of the evening.

27/11/2025: Excellent experience with the "Menu Cibo di Mezzo" initiative. A beautiful and magical location that takes you back in time. The atmosphere is refined and the staff are knowledgeable. The menu is definitely interesting; I felt like a child again as I savored some of the flavors. Highly recommended.

Our intention was to go there to try the spaghetti with tomato sauce... it was a surprise to find the magnificent Poppella snowflake among the desserts... a moment with our Southern roots! We were so excited we couldn't take a photo, but it's worth eating!!! Everything was truly excellent! Congratulations.
