The atmosphere is simple yet refined, with reasonable prices both a la carte and the €12 set menu (starter, main course, side dish, half a water course, and coffee). The first and second courses are both delicious (try the various horse meat options, their specialty), and the desserts are generous and definitely above average. Fast and friendly service.

Reservations are required for lunch, both weekdays and holidays, as it's always busy, either for business lunches or because the horse meat is worth it. The menu is varied despite being a trattoria; the wine cellar obviously offers a wide selection, from traditional to less local, and some rather prestigious wines. Not for those seeking quiet, not that it's noisy, but it's a trattoria.

Spectacular! A restaurant for horse meat lovers like no other! The food, quality, service, and prices are exceptional. Honest. Highly recommended. The wine list is Michelin-starred, with prices.

19/04/2026: For those passing through Franciacorta or Iseo, this is an event not to be missed. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a trattoria from another era, but with cuisine that, starting from tradition, becomes innovative and refined. Familiar ingredients are presented with completely new formats, cooking methods, and flavors. During the experience, after each course, you'll wonder, "What's next?" And the next surprise will make you forget the last one. Fantastic service provided by people who are passionate about their work and the stories they share with you about each course. A truly special experience. The cuisine in particular deserves more than just a mention in the Michelin Guide. An experience I will recommend to everyone. A sincere thank you to all the staff and especially to my colleagues who introduced me to it.
