The food was excellent. Perfect service. Professional and very friendly staff. The risotto was excellent, both in terms of its cooking and its presentation. The egg with mashed potatoes and white truffle was also excellent. The desserts were excellent.

Excellent food, excellent atmosphere!

A refined culinary experience in an elegant setting, with impeccable service and a distinctive atmosphere on the shores of Lake Garda. If you are in the area, this is an experience not to be missed.

The pineapple dessert was fantastic. The fish meunière didn't seem excellent to me. The wine was superb. But after all, you don't go to eat, you go to be pampered.

We visited this restaurant based on its myriad of positive reviews and the fact that it was listed in the Michelin Guide. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. A restaurant with Michelin-starred prices, and with the air of trying to be a Michelin-starred restaurant at all costs, yet the food is like any other restaurant with significantly lower prices. The raw fish was reworked inconsistently, with too many different flavors, and in our opinion, the raw ingredients weren't showcased properly. The little poster explaining the aquarium tasting (the raw fish) is a failure of style; we either pretend to be pretentious or we fall into such banalities. Let's move on to the first courses: the risotto was good, the tagliolini with sea urchins was nonsense—burrata and sea urchins? It tasted like glue and wasn't at all pleasant in the mouth. It definitely has potential; I'd do more research, especially because at this price, you're not expecting burrata but a real experience, which in our case was mediocre. Perhaps the most shocking thing was having to pay €5 for 1 coffee after having spent €112 per person.
