Incredible meal and amazing service. They were kind to accommodate us for a late dinner and I’m glad they did. The tagliatoni with the pork rags and the beef tartare were standout dishes. Highly recommend this - some of the best food we’ve had in Italy!

I trusted the rave reviews and completely agree. The chef offers creative, original, and refined cuisine, using quality ingredients. The dishes are well-executed, meticulously crafted, and beautiful to look at. The service is excellent, with knowledgeable staff and impeccable timing. I opted for the five-course seafood tasting menu (€60 + drinks) and found the price to be absolutely fair, both for the quality and caliber of the offerings and the portions.

A restaurant tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The dining room is simple, and the welcome is warm and discreet.
A concise menu and attentive service.
A lovely, short menu with original dishes.
A thoughtful touch from the chef when we asked to share our starter: he served it on two plates with equal care for presentation.
The ingredients are of high quality.
And the reimagined tiramisu is one of the best desserts I've ever had. I could have easily had a second helping.
A good wine list with options for all budgets.

I'm writing this review after trying the restaurant for the second time, and I can only confirm how good the food is. The welcome is excellent: the waitresses are incredibly friendly and immediately put you at ease, demonstrating great service expertise.
The dishes are elaborate and truly delicious; at the end of the meal, we even chatted with the chef, and knowing his background and past experience, it's clear how much thought and passion goes into each dish. The price is absolutely reasonable for the quality, especially considering the stunning lakeside location. My partner is celiac, and they accommodated this perfectly by modifying the menu. I highly recommend booking if you're planning a day in the area!

Attracted by the new management, I went with friends for lunch at this small but welcoming location in the heart of Salò on Lake Garda. The service, all female, was very professional and welcoming.
The dishes were refined and beautifully plated, but what surprised me most was the authenticity of the flavors that this young chef of Parma origins managed to infuse into all the dishes I ordered and recommended.
The pigeon skewer was amazing, accompanied by a tortello in broth filled with its entrails (very delicate).
The beef tartare with toasted biscuit bread and a variety of sauces was also excellent.
Well done, Riccardo and your staff! Keep up the good work and you will make all your dreams come true!
