27/02/2026: A restaurant near the Oglio River, with a beautiful view. Good pizza in various shapes and sizes. The gluten-free version was very good and had a wide selection. Gourmet pizza prices, but the location is worth it.

31/01/2026: Two completely BURNED pizzas, extremely dry and inedible. They were delivered to my home, so I paid on delivery before finding out what was in the box. A disgrace. As if that weren't enough, I asked to pay by POS, and when the delivery guy arrived, the device wouldn't connect and I couldn't use it. I even tried calling back to complain, but they wouldn't listen on the phone. Not recommended, never go there.

31/01/2026: We ordered two pizzas for delivery. Once they arrived, after paying for them on delivery and taking them home, we realized they were completely burned. The flavor was awful and left a strong burnt taste in our mouths. Furthermore, they were so dry that we couldn't even cut them: they were practically inedible. Of course, we paid for them anyway, because the payment was made upon delivery, before we could see what was in the boxes. I should also point out that I had specifically asked to pay by card, but upon delivery, we were told it wasn't working. So we had to pay in cash, which was a good thing we had. We later tried calling the pizzeria to complain about what had happened, but as soon as we introduced ourselves with our full names, the other party kept saying they "couldn't hear us." Absurd, considering my friend was calling from the same phone and in the same condition as when he placed the order, without any problems. Overall, a terrible experience from every perspective. This pizzeria is truly awful: highly discouraged. We were completely disappointed.

11/01/2026: A small but very nice and well-kept hotel. Despite being on the main road, it's quiet and well-insulated. The stairs are a bit narrow, but there's an elevator. The rooms are spacious, well-heated in the winter, and simply furnished, including a minibar and a small sofa. The bed was very spacious and comfortable, with two pillows per person; we slept very well. The bathroom was a good size, with a bidet and a large shower. We really appreciated the small spa: a sauna for two people, a large and comfortable whirlpool, a shower, two loungers, and a tea and herbal tea corner (please note, there is no en-suite bathroom). Reservations are required for exclusive use for one hour. The free bike rental service for exploring the town is excellent; helmets are also provided. Breakfast offers a good selection of sweet and savory options, including gluten-free options. Dinner offers a choice of a vegetable buffet, a starter buffet, a main course buffet, pizzas, or an à la carte menu (not included in the price). The late check-out was convenient, allowing us to have breakfast and a bike ride before leaving. The internal parking lot is small and requires reservation, but there's a free parking lot nearby. Conveniently located for exploring Salò and Gardone, the prices are fair for the service offered. It's a Happy Hotel certified hotel, with a focus on job placement for disadvantaged people and social and solidarity goals.

05/01/2026: The only positive note was the very friendly staff, especially Federico in the breakfast room, whose smile made us forget the many negatives of this hotel. The rooms were uncomfortable, with mold in the bathroom. To take a shower with hot water, you had to be lucky to get it at the right time, otherwise it would be lukewarm. The restaurant was awful. The food was cold and the dishes were poor. The place was very cold, and the all-you-can-eat offer was inconsistent. I'm sorry, I hope it improves over time, because the staff deserves it.

18/01/2026: The small, intimate, and very welcoming atmosphere offers friendly and attentive service, perfect for a relaxing lunch. We started with a selection of quality, varied meat and fish appetizers, and I continued with seafood dishes. The seafood scialatielli and the light, crispy fried fish were excellent. We finished on a high note with a selection of homemade desserts.

02/01/2026: La Locanda di Enza is one of those places that don't make a show: they deliver. Authentic cuisine, true Irpinia flavors, raw ingredients treated with respect and intelligence. Here you don't eat "well": you eat right. Enza pours her whole family's heart (and you can feel it). The welcome is warm but never intrusive, and the atmosphere makes you slow down, which is a luxury these days. Each dish speaks of the region without unnecessary folklore, with a sure hand and rare coherence. The ricotta and truffle tart with pumpkin fondue is superb. My orecchiette (I'm still celiac 😁) with porcini mushrooms and truffle were delicious, and what can I say about the coffee...yes, that's an added bonus, which led me to give the restaurant 4 stars. If you're looking for authenticity, flavor, and humanity in your dishes, you're in the right place. 4 full stars. And I'll be back, of course.

10/08/2025: A lovely, friendly hotel with breakfast and a pizzeria. A very nice hostess, very friendly, a beautiful location right on the lake, and renovated and clean rooms. The breakfast is good and the price-performance ratio is excellent. The hotel doesn't have its own beach; the beach is about 200 meters away. We felt very comfortable.

01/03/2026: Location location location. We went when full kitchen was closed but they still served a smaller menu including Pinsas. Pinsa was ok for a snack. But not the best in istself! Location is amazing though!

01/03/2026: The prices are very high. We asked for two lemons, and of course we weren't given any lemons... So, just hot water, with a tea bag. We brought our own drinks to the table outside. I understand it was a long weekend on Sunday... but? We then had a margherita pizza. Comment: edible. The place is beautiful because you have a lake view.

21/02/2026: DISRESPECT FOR INTOLERANCES. 21.02. Unfortunately, I have to drastically change my review because last night I ordered a zingara and asked for it lactose-free, given my intolerance and the presence of suitable mozzarella on the menu. Obviously, it wasn't lactose-free, and I hadn't even been notified by the staff, who, I assume, hadn't been informed of the lack of this ingredient by the new pizza chef. Of course, I also paid the extra charge and then found myself feeling sick all night. I hope the owner takes appropriate action, as allergens and intolerances are no joke. I doubt I'll return, even though it's the pizzeria downstairs where I've never had any problems and actually recommended it. I'm sorry.

24/11/2025: I ordered two takeout pizzas at 8:20 PM, and now at 11 PM my order was cancelled after hours of waiting and demanding. I would have changed pizzerias, but I had already paid for them in advance. At 11 PM I find myself having to look for something else to eat, and still on an empty stomach. I even regret being kind despite the hours of waiting. Shameful.
